【摘要】：中國現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展在知識生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域引起的顯著變革是官學(xué)的一統(tǒng)江山被打破,民間學(xué)術(shù)重?zé)ㄉ鷻C(jī),蔚然而成當(dāng)代中國學(xué)術(shù)史上的一道醒目風(fēng)光,更成為考察乃至重寫中國學(xué)術(shù)史不可忽視的一個(gè)新向度。三十多年來民間學(xué)術(shù)在當(dāng)代中國的復(fù)興,是中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型及民間社會在社會精神文化層面的體現(xiàn);民間社會是民間學(xué)術(shù)生存發(fā)展的土壤和條件;學(xué)術(shù)自主性是民間學(xué)術(shù)的本質(zhì)特征和靈魂,因此,法理意義上的民間社會的生成和發(fā)展對民間學(xué)術(shù)的前途及命運(yùn)至關(guān)重要。而建構(gòu)和捍衛(wèi)學(xué)術(shù)的自主性,則是民間學(xué)術(shù)自身建設(shè)的重心所在。
[Abstract]:The remarkable change caused by the development of China's modernization in the field of knowledge production is that the unification of official learning has been broken, the folk learning has been revitalized, and it has become an eye-catching scene in the history of contemporary Chinese learning. It has become a new dimension that can not be neglected to study and even rewrite Chinese academic history. The revival of folk learning in contemporary China in the past 30 years is the embodiment of the transformation of Chinese society and the embodiment of civil society on the level of social spirit and culture, and civil society is the soil and condition for the survival and development of folk learning. Academic autonomy is the essential feature and soul of folk learning. Therefore, the formation and development of civil society in the sense of jurisprudence is of great importance to the future and destiny of folk learning. And constructing and defending academic autonomy is the focus of folk academic self-construction.
