【摘要】：本文以湖北省鐘祥市高齡老人為研究對象,通過對鐘祥市高齡老人基本情況的描述性分析,以全面、深入地了解這里的老人的基本狀況和特點(diǎn),總結(jié)出其長壽的原因,最后針對長壽老人目前面臨的困境提出對策。全文共分為四個部分：第一部分是引言,提出本文研究背景、意義,介紹研究中用到的相關(guān)概念和理論,簡要介紹了本文的研究方法以及既往學(xué)者對長壽問題的研究綜述；第二部分結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果分析了鐘祥市高齡老人的基本情況及社會學(xué)特征；第三部分是研究結(jié)果,分別從性別和遺傳角度、自然環(huán)境角度、個體因素角度和社會支持的角度分析了鐘祥市高齡老人長壽的原因；第四部分是長壽老人面臨的困境和對策思考,長壽老人存在著自己沒有或缺少經(jīng)濟(jì)來源,生活照料資源短缺,醫(yī)療問題突出和精神文化生活匱乏的困境。 本文重點(diǎn)探討長壽老人的長壽原因。性別和遺傳的因素是不可改變的客觀因素,個體因素也具有特殊性,優(yōu)異的自然環(huán)境以前也存在著,但為什么過去鐘祥的長壽老人很少,而現(xiàn)在卻集中地大批涌現(xiàn)呢?社會因素功不可沒。社會因素是復(fù)雜多樣的,既有政治的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的、文化的、宗教以及風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的方面,又有社會心理的方面,窮盡所有社會因素對高齡老人健康狀況的影響不僅是不可能的,而且也是沒有必要的,因?yàn)橛行┓矫婧徒】祮栴}可能根本不會有任何相關(guān)性。本文著重從社會支持的角度對高齡老人的長壽原因進(jìn)行了闡述,具體從家庭、政府、社區(qū)、鄰里、社會養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)為長壽老人提供的支持情況進(jìn)行分析并得出了結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the elderly people in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province as the research object, through the descriptive analysis of the basic situation of the old people in Zhongxiang City, in order to comprehensively and deeply understand the basic conditions and characteristics of the old people here, sum up the reasons for their longevity. At last, the paper puts forward some countermeasures against the difficulties faced by the long-lived old people at present. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, put forward the research background, significance, introduced the relevant concepts and theories used in the research, briefly introduced the research methods of this paper and the previous scholars on longevity research review; The second part analyzes the basic situation and sociological characteristics of the aged people in Zhongxiang City based on the results of the questionnaire survey. The third part is the research results, respectively from the gender and heredity angle, the natural environment angle, the individual factor angle and the social support angle has analyzed the Zhongxiang old person longevity reason; The fourth part is the dilemma and countermeasures for the long-lived old people, who have no or no economic resources, the shortage of living care resources, the prominent medical problems and the lack of spiritual and cultural life. This paper focuses on the reasons for the longevity of the elderly. Sex and heredity are immutable objective factors, individual factors also have particularity, excellent natural environment also existed before, but why Zhongxiang longevity in the past, but now concentrated in large numbers? Social factors can not be ignored. Social factors are complex and diverse, both political, economic, cultural, religious, social and psychological aspects. It is not only impossible to exhaust all social factors on the health status of the elderly. And it's not necessary, because some aspects may not be relevant at all to health problems. From the angle of social support, this paper expounds the reasons for the longevity of the elderly, and analyzes and draws a conclusion from the family, the government, the community, the neighborhood and the social old-age organization.
