【摘要】：使用老齡科研中心2000年和2010年的城鄉(xiāng)老年人口調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)我國城市老年人參與社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀與影響因素進(jìn)行了分析。城市老年人參與社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)存在高意愿、低參與的現(xiàn)象,影響其參與的主要因素包括人力資本(受教育程度、健康狀況和經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況)、社會(huì)資本(朋友關(guān)系)、文化資本(政治面貌)和社區(qū)宜居程度。各項(xiàng)資本越高,對(duì)社區(qū)宜居程度評(píng)價(jià)越高的老年人參與社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)的程度越高。社區(qū)宜居環(huán)境在人力資本對(duì)志愿服務(wù)參與的影響中存在部分中介效應(yīng),弱勢(shì)老年群體對(duì)社區(qū)環(huán)境的評(píng)價(jià)更低,從而間接影響到志愿服務(wù)參與。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of urban and rural elderly population in 2000 and 2010, the present situation and influencing factors of urban elderly participating in community voluntary service in China were analyzed. Urban elderly have high willingness to participate in community volunteerism and low participation. The main factors influencing their participation include human capital (educational level, health status and economic status), social capital (friend relationship), Cultural capital (political outlook) and community liveability. The higher the capital, the higher the participation of the elderly in community volunteerism. Community livable environment has some intermediary effect in the influence of human capital on voluntary service participation, and the evaluation of community environment is lower among the vulnerable elderly group, which indirectly affects voluntary service participation.
