【摘要】：“翻身感”是本文研究的對象,筆者試圖通過這個概念來分析新時期下老工人群體與國家關(guān)系的存續(xù)問題。通常來講,老工人的“翻身感”早在建國以來就已經(jīng)逐步建立,而在改革開放之后的下崗、退休中,這一階層已經(jīng)逐漸消亡,這一感受應當逐漸消失。然而,階級分析卻很少涉及到在同一時期下與每一位老工人關(guān)系密切的住房改革和“拆遷”運動。實際上,住房對于老工人群體而言,尤其是在當今上海這個“房荒”和“地段”優(yōu)劣顯著的城市,它既是居住、家庭生活必須的空間,又是財產(chǎn)、身份的“主要象征”。一定程度上講,拆遷運動后上海城市住房體系的形成促使出現(xiàn)按照房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)和居住地段劃分的“住房階級”,而老工人在其中的地位也決定了其“翻身感”的基本結(jié)構(gòu)。 上海的工人擁有住房的過程卻是十分復雜的。這不僅直接表現(xiàn)在老工人群體的翻身感上,也同時反映了城市政府與老工人群體的關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)變。本文通過社區(qū)個案選取,訪談研究的方法,對拆遷前、中、后三階段的老工人進行訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)“翻身感”不僅是拆遷的結(jié)果,更是貫穿始終的“線索”,它同時在拆遷期待、拆遷抗爭、和拆遷敘事中產(chǎn)生重要影響。翻身感實際上是建國以來國家與老工人群體維系的最重要的“紐帶”之一。 本文分為五個章節(jié),第一章是緒論部分,為了厘清文章的理論結(jié)構(gòu)和定位、界定關(guān)鍵概念；第二章是論述居住與上海工人翻身感營建的關(guān)系,描述“翻身記憶”；第三章是具體論述拆遷運動中老工人群體的遭遇,包括國家的制度安排和老工人自主行動中“翻身感”的影響；第四章則是通過田野調(diào)查,描摹拆遷前后翻身話語、敘述的改變形式。第五章結(jié)論部分著重分析“翻身感”的本質(zhì),國家、工人之間關(guān)系存續(xù)的“新紐帶”的問題。
[Abstract]:"the feeling of turning over" is the object of this paper. The author tries to analyze the relationship between the old workers and the state in the new period through this concept. Generally speaking, the sense of "turning over" of the old workers has been gradually established since the founding of the people's Republic of China, but in the laid-off and retired period after the reform and opening up, this class has gradually disappeared, and this feeling should gradually disappear. However, class analysis rarely involved the housing reform and demolition movement, which was closely related to every old worker at the same time. In fact, housing is not only the necessary space for living and family life, but also the "main symbol" of property and status for the old workers, especially in the city of Shanghai, which is characterized by "housing shortage" and "location". To a certain extent, the formation of urban housing system in Shanghai after the demolition movement prompted the emergence of "housing class" according to the nature of housing property rights and residential areas, and the status of the old workers also determined the basic structure of their "sense of turning over". The process of owning a home for workers in Shanghai is complicated. This reflects not only the sense of turnover of the old workers, but also the transformation of the relationship between the city government and the old workers. Through the method of community case selection and interview research, this paper interviews the old workers before, during and after the demolition, and finds that the "feeling of turning over" is not only the result of the demolition, but also the "clue" that runs through the whole process, and at the same time, it is looking forward to the demolition. Demolition resistance, and demolition narrative has an important impact. The sense of turnover is actually one of the most important ties between the state and the old workers since the founding of the people's Republic of China. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, in order to clarify the theoretical structure and positioning of the article, define the key concepts; The third chapter discusses the experiences of the old workers in the demolition movement, including the national institutional arrangements and the influence of "the sense of turning over" in the independent action of the old workers. The fourth chapter is through field investigation, describing the change of narrative form before and after demolition. The fifth chapter focuses on the essence of the "sense of turnover", the "new bond" between the state and the workers.
