【摘要】：本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會(huì)輿情發(fā)展的新特點(diǎn),總結(jié)得出:新技術(shù)驅(qū)動(dòng)下,網(wǎng)上輿論生態(tài)更加復(fù)雜多變,社會(huì)表達(dá)不同意見(jiàn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈;私人領(lǐng)域疊加在公共領(lǐng)域之上;線下與線上社群的"抱團(tuán)"極化現(xiàn)象使得公眾從簡(jiǎn)單的"社會(huì)表達(dá)者"升級(jí)為復(fù)雜的"社會(huì)行動(dòng)者";"社群的繭房化"效應(yīng)使得群際之間存在刻板印象和不通約的現(xiàn)象,虛擬社會(huì)關(guān)系矛盾化趨勢(shì)明顯;網(wǎng)絡(luò)大V退場(chǎng)、資本力量直接介入到社會(huì)輿論表達(dá)場(chǎng)使得社會(huì)輿論表達(dá)更加"民粹化";互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的標(biāo)簽化表達(dá)使得"弱勢(shì)認(rèn)同心理"蔓延到更廣大的群體等結(jié)論。進(jìn)而提出,未來(lái)輿論處置應(yīng)以爭(zhēng)取人心為最終價(jià)值取向、加強(qiáng)對(duì)輿情事件命名的引導(dǎo)、構(gòu)建公共對(duì)話平臺(tái)和超越于所有社群的全新社會(huì)認(rèn)同、減少"弱勢(shì)認(rèn)同心理"的蔓延等建議。
[Abstract]:Combined with the new characteristics of the development of social public opinion, this paper concludes that: driven by new technology, the online public opinion ecology is more complex and changeable, and the competition of social expression of dissent is more intense, the private sector is superimposed on the public domain; The phenomenon of "agglomeration" polarization between offline and online communities has upgraded the public from simple "social communicators" to complex "social actors"; The "cocoon of community" effect makes the phenomenon of stereotype and irreducible between groups, and the tendency of contradiction of virtual social relations is obvious. With the exit of network V, capital forces directly intervene in the expression field of social public opinion to make the expression of social public opinion more popularized, and the tagging expression of Internet makes the "weak identity psychology" spread to the wider group and so on. Furthermore, it is proposed that in the future, the final value orientation of public opinion should be to win the hearts of the people, to strengthen the guidance of naming public opinion events, to build a public dialogue platform and to transcend the new social identity of all communities. Reduce the spread of "weak identity psychology" and other suggestions.
