【摘要】：留守兒童問(wèn)題已成為當(dāng)前大家非常關(guān)注的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,不論是中央政府還是地方領(lǐng)導(dǎo),近些年都已認(rèn)識(shí)到留守兒童對(duì)于維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與千萬(wàn)家庭幸福的重大意義。但是,由于中國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,越來(lái)越多的農(nóng)村青壯年投入到建設(shè)城市的大潮中；與此同時(shí),貧富分化的拉大也促使部分農(nóng)村年輕人遠(yuǎn)赴城市找尋夢(mèng)想、實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。于是,在廣大農(nóng)村,這樣一批由于父母遠(yuǎn)離自己而形成的年幼群體就成為所謂的留守兒童。缺少父母的撫養(yǎng)和照顧,這些留守兒童的童年生活受到了極大影響,心理發(fā)展不健全,學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度跟不上,嚴(yán)重阻礙了孩子的正常成長(zhǎng),這一問(wèn)題必須引起全社會(huì)的高度關(guān)注。本文通過(guò)對(duì)桐城市龍頭村留守兒童現(xiàn)狀的分析,總結(jié)存在的問(wèn)題并分析其中的原因,從不同的角度和方面提出相應(yīng)的可行性的建議,為留守兒童的成長(zhǎng)提供一個(gè)健康和諧的環(huán)境和氛圍。
[Abstract]:The problem of left-behind children has become a social problem that people pay close attention to. In recent years, both the central government and local leaders have realized the great significance of left-behind children in maintaining social stability and the happiness of tens of thousands of families. However, due to the rapid development of China's political economy and society, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate, and more young and middle-aged rural people are invested in the tide of urban construction; at the same time, The widening gap between the rich and the poor has also prompted some rural young people to go to cities to find dreams and realize their dreams. Thus, in the vast rural areas, such a group of parents away from their young groups become so-called left-behind children. Lack of parental support and care, these left-behind children's childhood life has been greatly affected, psychological development is not perfect, learning progress can not follow, seriously hindered the normal growth of children, this problem must be highly concerned by the whole society. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the left-behind children in Longtou Village in Tongcheng City, this paper summarizes the existing problems and analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some feasible suggestions from different angles and aspects. To provide a healthy and harmonious environment and atmosphere for the growth of left-behind children.
