【摘要】：社交焦慮障礙是一種常見的嚴(yán)重影響到青少年身心健康的慢性疾病,社交焦慮障礙多產(chǎn)生于青少年時期,對青少年的學(xué)習(xí)生活帶來極大的困擾。隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,青春期出現(xiàn)社交焦慮的現(xiàn)象不斷增多。案主小靜由于早期的不良生活經(jīng)驗,使得其存在低自尊以及不良的自我概念,在社交情境中有回避和焦慮傾向。本文采用個案研究法,以“人在情境中”以及弗洛伊德的“精神分析法”為理論依據(jù),以尊重、真誠、同理心為工作理念,通過心理社會治療模式對小靜進行直接和間接的個案介入。具體介入過程分為預(yù)備階段、直接治療階段、間接治療階段以及鞏固發(fā)展階段四個階段。其中,預(yù)備階段意在與小靜建立良好的專業(yè)關(guān)系;直接治療階段針對小靜的問題,對其展開不同主題的介入服務(wù),并在此基礎(chǔ)上與小靜進行深入的訪談;間接治療階段通過對小靜的家庭進行介入,旨在幫助小靜營造良好的家庭溝通環(huán)境;鞏固發(fā)展階段即對整個介入過程的回顧,讓小靜更有勇氣和信心在社交場合表現(xiàn)更好的自己。從過程評估和效果評估來看,介入的預(yù)期目標(biāo)基本實現(xiàn),小靜的社交焦慮障礙得到了較大改善。本文的最后,對研究的局限性以及心理社會治療模式介入社交焦慮障礙青少年的指導(dǎo)空間進行反思,總結(jié)出了青少年社交焦慮障礙的個案介入策略,即宣泄合理釋壓力、鼓勵即時信心倍、行為內(nèi)化成習(xí)慣、認知自我展生機、家庭改觀共成長,為青少年社會工作者進行相關(guān)介入實踐提供經(jīng)驗和參考。
[Abstract]:Social anxiety disorder is a common chronic disease which seriously affects the physical and mental health of teenagers. With the rapid development of economy, the phenomenon of social anxiety in adolescence is increasing. Due to the early bad life experience, the victim Xiao Jing has low self-esteem and bad self-concept, and has the tendency of avoidance and anxiety in the social situation. This article adopts the case study method, takes "the person in the situation" and Freud's "the psychoanalytic method" as the theoretical basis, regards the respect, the sincerity, the empathy as the work idea, Through the psycho-social treatment model of Xiaojing direct and indirect case intervention. The specific intervention process is divided into four stages: preparation stage, direct treatment stage, indirect treatment stage and consolidation and development stage. Among them, the preparatory stage is intended to establish a good professional relationship with Xiaojing, the direct treatment stage is aimed at Xiaojing's problems, the intervention services of different themes are carried out, and on the basis of this, the author conducts in-depth interviews with Xiaojing. The indirect treatment stage aims to help Xiaojing create a good family communication environment by intervening in Xiaojing's family, and to consolidate the development stage, that is, the review of the whole process of intervention. Let quiet have more courage and confidence to perform better in social situations. From the point of view of process evaluation and effect evaluation, the expected goal of intervention is basically achieved, and Xiaojing's social anxiety disorder has been greatly improved. At the end of this paper, the limitations of the study and the guidance space of psycho-social therapy model to intervene in social anxiety disorder are reviewed, and the individual intervention strategy of social anxiety disorder is summarized, that is, releasing reasonable pressure. To encourage instant confidence, behavior internalization into habits, cognitive self-development, family change and growth, provide experience and reference for adolescent social workers involved in the practice.
