【摘要】：退休,對(duì)于每一個(gè)勞動(dòng)者來說都是人生中的一個(gè)重大轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。隨著社會(huì)角色的轉(zhuǎn)變,退休人員也開始了新的生活。這時(shí),會(huì)有相當(dāng)多的退休人員在很長一段時(shí)間內(nèi),無論生理、心理和行為都無法適應(yīng)生活環(huán)境和人際關(guān)系的改變,從而產(chǎn)生一系列的社會(huì)適應(yīng)不良問題,表現(xiàn)在對(duì)年老和身體健康狀況的擔(dān)憂、對(duì)角色轉(zhuǎn)變的不適應(yīng)、對(duì)家庭關(guān)系的不適應(yīng)以及社會(huì)參與的不適應(yīng)等。針對(duì)這些問題,作為社會(huì)工作者,如何讓退休人員以樂觀積極的心態(tài)面對(duì)問題,重新燃起對(duì)生活的激情和樂趣,幫助他們找到除了工作以外證明自己價(jià)值的方法,提升他們的社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,是值得思考的問題。為了突出社會(huì)工作專業(yè)的實(shí)踐價(jià)值,筆者以河北省Q市事業(yè)單位退休人員Z先生作為個(gè)案,主要采取行動(dòng)研究法。通過前期的接觸,與服務(wù)對(duì)象建立專業(yè)關(guān)系,從系統(tǒng)視角分析了Z先生在個(gè)人身心層面、家庭關(guān)系層面和社會(huì)參與層面存在一系列社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題。針對(duì)這些問題,筆者采用心理與社會(huì)治療模式與服務(wù)對(duì)象共同制定了解決其社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題的服務(wù)計(jì)劃,幫助服務(wù)對(duì)象改善其生活環(huán)境及不適應(yīng)狀況。通過研究可以歸納出:綜合性是社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題的普遍性,由此可以認(rèn)為社會(huì)適應(yīng)不同方面有著內(nèi)在相關(guān)聯(lián)系;運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)視角及心理與社會(huì)治療模式幫助城市退休人員解決社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題能夠取得良好效果;家庭成員的支持是解決城市退休人員社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題的關(guān)鍵因素;建立新的社交關(guān)系是解決城市退休人員社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題的重要因素;良好的社區(qū)環(huán)境是解決城市退休人員社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題的重要資源。
[Abstract]:Retirement is a major turning point in every worker's life. With the changing role of society, retirees also began a new life. At this point, a considerable number of retirees will not be able to adapt to changes in their living environment and interpersonal relationships for a long time, regardless of their physiology, psychology and behavior, resulting in a series of social adaptation problems. It is manifested in the worry about old age and physical health, the inadaptability to the change of role, the unadaptability to family relationship and the inadaptability of social participation, etc. In response to these problems, as social workers, how to let retirees face the problem with optimism and positive attitude, rekindle their passion and pleasure in life, and help them find ways to prove their worth in addition to their work. To improve their ability to adapt to society, is worth thinking about. In order to highlight the practical value of social work specialty, the author takes Mr. Z, a retired person of public institution in Q City of Hebei Province, as a case, and mainly takes action research method. Through the early contact and the professional relationship with the service object, this paper analyzes a series of social adaptation problems of Mr. Z in the level of personal body and mind, family relationship and social participation from the systematic angle of view. Aiming at these problems, the author adopts psychological and social treatment mode and service object to make a service plan to solve the problem of social adaptation, to help the service object to improve their living environment and unfit condition. Through the research, we can conclude that comprehensiveness is the universality of social adaptation, so it can be concluded that different aspects of social adaptation are related to each other; The application of system perspective and psychological and social treatment model to help urban retirees solve social adaptation problems can achieve good results, the support of family members is the key factor to solve the problem of social adaptation of urban retirees. Establishing new social relationship is an important factor to solve the problem of social adaptation of urban retirees, and a good community environment is an important resource to solve the problem of social adaptation of urban retirees.
