【摘要】：職業(yè)是社會科學(xué)研究的重要變量,然而社會調(diào)查中的職業(yè)編碼很容易出現(xiàn)偏差。目前我國社會調(diào)查中主要采用訪員實(shí)地編碼與訪問結(jié)束后由編碼員進(jìn)行集中編碼兩種方式�；诮�(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),這兩種編碼方式的結(jié)果存在較大的差異。這些差異一方面受訪員職業(yè)信息的記錄質(zhì)量、訪員編碼經(jīng)驗(yàn)及訪員自身特征的影響,另一方面也與不同職業(yè)類別的編碼難度有關(guān)。因此,在社會調(diào)查中要注意監(jiān)控訪員職業(yè)信息的記錄規(guī)范,并采用有質(zhì)控的編碼員集中編碼的方式來提高職業(yè)問題編碼的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Occupation is an important variable in social science research. At present, there are two main ways in social investigation in our country: field coding of interviewees and centralized coding by coders at the end of interviews. Based on the empirical data analysis, it is found that the results of these two coding methods are quite different. On the one hand, the quality of the job information of the interviewees, the influence of the interviewees' coding experience and the characteristics of the interviewees, on the other hand, are related to the coding difficulty of different occupational categories. Therefore, in the social investigation, we should pay attention to the recording standard of the occupational information of the interviewees, and adopt the method of centralized coding of the quality control to improve the data quality of the occupational problem coding.
