【摘要】：合理、暢通的階層間流動渠道是一個健康的社會所必須的，是化解社會矛盾，推動社會穩(wěn)定的潤滑劑。城市底層階級的向上流動對我國和諧社會、和諧國家的建設(shè)具有重要意義，但當(dāng)前我國底層階級在社會流動過程中出現(xiàn)了較明顯的階層固化現(xiàn)象。本文旨在通過對城市底層階級的實證調(diào)查和分析，全面把握城市底層階級的階層固化這一問題的現(xiàn)狀，并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合相關(guān)理論對形成城市底層現(xiàn)狀的原因進行多角度分析。 通過實證分析，筆者認為我國城市底層階級在社會流動過程中存在較明顯的階層固化問題，具體表現(xiàn)在三個方面：一是底層階級代際流動過程中階層地位難以上升，在經(jīng)濟、政治、文化等各方面出現(xiàn)代際的階層固化；二是底層階級群體代內(nèi)生命進程變遷過程中，難以通過自身的努力實現(xiàn)社會階層上升，長時期沉淀在社會底層；三是流動意識方面，，雖然底層階級所處現(xiàn)狀各方面條件較差，但底層階級自身改變現(xiàn)狀，向上流動的愿望并不強烈。 從階層固化的原因來看，造成我國底層階級階層固化的因素是多方面的，包括文化的因素、個體的因素、家庭的因素以及社會制度方面的因素。因此，要想解決這一問題，需要從多角度著手，需要多方面共同努力，才能為底層階級建立暢通的階層流動渠道，實現(xiàn)底層階級的階層上流。
[Abstract]:A reasonable and unimpeded flow channel between strata is necessary for a healthy society and a lubricant to resolve social contradictions and promote social stability. The upward mobility of the urban bottom class is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society and a harmonious country in our country, but the phenomenon of stratum solidification appears in the process of the social mobility of the lower class in our country at present. Through the empirical investigation and analysis of the urban bottom class, this paper comprehensively grasps the present situation of the class solidification of the urban bottom class, and on this basis, combines the relevant theories to analyze the reasons for the formation of the urban bottom class from various angles. Through the empirical analysis, the author thinks that there are obvious class solidification problems in the process of social mobility of the urban bottom class in our country, which are manifested in three aspects: first, the class position is difficult to rise in the process of intergenerational mobility of the bottom class, and it is difficult to rise in the economy. Political, cultural and other aspects appear intergenerational class solidification; second, in the process of life process change within the lower class group, it is difficult to realize the social stratum rise through their own efforts, and precipitate at the bottom of society for a long time; third, flow consciousness. Although the status quo of the lower class is poor, but the bottom class itself changes the status quo, upward mobility desire is not strong. From the perspective of the reasons of stratum solidification, there are many factors that lead to the solidification of the lower class in our country, including cultural factors, individual factors, family factors and social system factors. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to start from various angles and make joint efforts in many aspects in order to establish a smooth channel of stratum flow for the bottom class and to realize the upper class of the bottom class.
