西方脈絡(luò)與中國圖景:風(fēng)險文化理論及其本土調(diào)適

【摘要】:風(fēng)險社會研究的文化向度形成了系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險文化理論:現(xiàn)代社會風(fēng)險不是一種社會秩序,而凸顯的是一種文化現(xiàn)象;風(fēng)險是人們主觀意識的結(jié)果和特定文化背景下的建構(gòu);而且風(fēng)險認(rèn)知本身即是一種問題解決的取向——風(fēng)險的消弭也有賴于風(fēng)險文化的再造與風(fēng)險認(rèn)知的重塑。西方風(fēng)險文化理論的提出在一定程度上實現(xiàn)了風(fēng)險確定性的解構(gòu)、價值理性的回歸、信任危機(jī)的彌合,但是仍然存在著明顯的缺陷和不足,特別是其過于主觀的理想化色彩、夸大了社會邊緣群體的作用。此外,風(fēng)險文化理論主要基于西方現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展及其文化脈絡(luò),是一種西方中心主義的理論,而缺乏非西方經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)。西方文化傳統(tǒng)強(qiáng)調(diào)"人對物"的征服和開發(fā),中國文化傳統(tǒng)則注重"人對人"之間關(guān)系的處理——意涵的是一種德行文化、和諧文化,而非西方的智性文化、對抗文化。在現(xiàn)代社會風(fēng)險彌漫的場域下,中國文化傳統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)代意義就是實現(xiàn)風(fēng)險文化理論的本土化建構(gòu)。這種西方理論的本土調(diào)適,進(jìn)一步實現(xiàn)了風(fēng)險文化理論的新生,對新時期構(gòu)建中國特色哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)有重要啟示意義,現(xiàn)代風(fēng)險的"中國式回答"一定程度上亦是中華民族偉大復(fù)興目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的另一種呈現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The cultural dimension of risk society research has formed a systematic risk culture theory: modern social risk is not a social order, but a cultural phenomenon, risk is the result of people's subjective consciousness and the construction of specific cultural background. Moreover, risk cognition itself is a kind of problem solving orientation-the elimination of risk also depends on the reconstruction of risk culture and risk cognition. To a certain extent, the theory of risk culture in the West has realized the deconstruction of risk certainty, the return of value rationality and the bridging of trust crisis, but there are still obvious defects and shortcomings, especially its subjective idealization. The role of marginalized groups is exaggerated. In addition, the theory of risk culture is mainly based on the development of modern western society and its cultural context. It is a kind of western centralism theory, but lacks the summary of non-western experience. The western cultural tradition emphasizes the conquest and development of "man for things", while the Chinese cultural tradition emphasizes on the handling of the relationship between "man and man", which implies a culture of virtue and harmony, rather than the intellectual culture of the West and the culture of confrontation. In the field of risk in modern society, the modern meaning of Chinese cultural tradition is to realize the localization construction of risk culture theory. The native adjustment of this western theory has further realized the new theory of risk culture, and has important enlightenment significance to the construction of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics in the new period. To some extent, the Chinese answer of modern risk is another manifestation of the realization of the great rejuvenation goal of the Chinese nation.
