【摘要】：對(duì)于中國(guó)社會(huì)組織的歷史演變而言,國(guó)家與社會(huì)關(guān)系無疑是最為根本的形塑機(jī)制。但自進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來,一系列新機(jī)制開始興起,使得社會(huì)組織的結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)、行動(dòng)機(jī)制乃至精神氣質(zhì)發(fā)生了顯著變化,市場(chǎng)化、全球化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化機(jī)制便是其中之犖犖大端者。在它們特殊的作用機(jī)理下,社會(huì)組織生發(fā)出更為多樣化的形態(tài),發(fā)揮了更為多元化的功能,承載了更為重要的時(shí)代使命,也因此煥發(fā)出更旺盛的生命力,并憑借結(jié)構(gòu)性力量的提升在與國(guó)家的互動(dòng)中處于越來越有利的地位。
[Abstract]:For the historical evolution of Chinese social organizations, the state-social relationship is undoubtedly the most fundamental shaping mechanism. However, since entering the 21st century, a series of new mechanisms have begun to rise, which has made the structure, action mechanism and even spiritual temperament of social organizations change significantly. The marketization, globalization and networking mechanism are among the most important among them. Under their special mechanism of action, social organizations have developed a more diversified form, played a more diversified function, carried a more important mission of the times, and thus showed more vigorous vitality. And with the rise of structural strength in the interaction with the state in an increasingly advantageous position.
