低保家庭兒童人際交往能力的成長小組干預(yù)成效研究

【摘要】:低保家庭兒童,作為困境家庭兒童中的一類,他們相比普通家庭兒童在家庭成長環(huán)境上存在一定的劣勢,這有必要引起政府與社會的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。當(dāng)然,關(guān)注低保家庭兒童健康成長,不僅需要扶持低保家庭兒童的家庭環(huán)境建設(shè),還需要重視低保家庭兒童的個人能力發(fā)展。人際交往能力,作為一項(xiàng)當(dāng)今社會個人所需具備的重要能力,它對低保家庭兒童的生存和發(fā)展具有不可忽視的影響。然而,在低保家庭兒童人際交往能力方面,目前已有研究更多的是對兒童人際交往問題的現(xiàn)狀描述及理論性對策,缺少干預(yù)研究及成效驗(yàn)證。基于此,本研究運(yùn)用成長小組工作方法對低保家庭兒童人際交往能力進(jìn)行干預(yù)探索,并借助人際素質(zhì)分量表評估該方法的干預(yù)成效,為以后的低保家庭兒童人際交往能力干預(yù)提供實(shí)證支持及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在干預(yù)方法上,對干預(yù)組8位低保家庭兒童實(shí)施為期3個月的成長小組活動干預(yù),具體從人際知覺能力、人際溝通能力及人際調(diào)控能力等三個方面展開干預(yù)行動,旨在提升他們的人際交往能力水平。在成效評估上,采用人際素質(zhì)分量表對干預(yù)組與對照組的低保家庭兒童人際交往能力進(jìn)行前后測比較,并根據(jù)量表的三個維度分析干預(yù)組成員的人際交往能力變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):其一,沒有接受成長小組干預(yù)的對照組成員的前后測結(jié)果并沒有表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異(P=0.0530.05),而干預(yù)組成員的前后測結(jié)果表現(xiàn)出顯著性差異(P=0.0020.05),這也意味著成長小組工作方法對這些低保家庭兒童人際交往能力的干預(yù)是有效的;其二,具體而言,在干預(yù)后,人際溝通維度、人際調(diào)控維度及人際知覺維度反映的能力在整體上都有不同程度的提高,但組員在人際知覺維度反映的各項(xiàng)能力上提升幅度較小。總體而言,成長小組工作方法對低保家庭兒童人際交往能力的干預(yù)是有成效的。
[Abstract]:As a kind of children in difficult families, the children of low subsistence families have some disadvantages compared with the children of ordinary families, which need to be paid more attention to by the government and the society. Of course, it is necessary not only to support the family environment construction, but also to pay attention to the individual ability development of the children in the minimum living standard family. Interpersonal communication ability, as an important ability that individuals need to possess, has an important influence on the survival and development of children in low-income families. However, in the aspect of interpersonal communication ability of children with minimum living standard, more research has been done on the current situation and theoretical countermeasures of children's interpersonal communication problems, and there is a lack of intervention research and effectiveness verification. Based on this, this study uses the growth group working method to explore the interpersonal communication ability of the children with minimum living standard, and evaluates the effectiveness of the intervention by using the interpersonal quality subscale. To provide empirical support and practical experience for the intervention of interpersonal ability of children in the future. In terms of intervention methods, 8 children in the intervention group were involved in three months' growth group activities, including interpersonal perception ability, interpersonal communication ability and interpersonal control ability, and the intervention was carried out in three aspects: interpersonal perception ability, interpersonal communication ability and interpersonal control ability. The aim is to improve their interpersonal skills. In effect evaluation, interpersonal quality scale was used to compare the interpersonal ability between the intervention group and the control group, and the interpersonal ability of the members of the intervention group was analyzed according to the three dimensions of the scale. The results are as follows: first, There was no significant difference between the pre and post test results of the control group members who did not receive the intervention of the growth group (P0. 053. 05), but there was a significant difference between the pre and post test results of the members of the intervention group (P0. 0020.05), which meant that the working methods of the growth group had a significant effect on this. It is effective to interfere with the interpersonal ability of the children in the low income families. Second, after the intervention, the interpersonal communication dimension, interpersonal control dimension and interpersonal perception dimension reflect the ability of different degrees of improvement, but the group members in the interpersonal perception dimension reflect the ability to reflect a relatively small range of improvement. In general, the intervention of the working methods of the growth group on the interpersonal ability of the children in low-income families is effective.
