【摘要】：公共關(guān)系誕生于20世紀之初,專司協(xié)調(diào)組織與公眾之間的意見分歧和利益沖突,因此對公關(guān)而言,公眾是其理論和實踐的雙重母題。本文梳理了百年公關(guān)歷史進路中組織公眾觀的變遷。這些主流公眾觀包括知情—馴化的公眾、頑固—能動的公眾、作為"上帝""中心"的顧客或消費者公眾、作為利益相關(guān)者的公眾、作為對話和價值共創(chuàng)者的公眾。每一種公眾觀皆有其所見的主體圖景和邊界,并與組織對自我與外部世界的想象緊密關(guān)聯(lián)。本文在批判這些公眾觀的基礎(chǔ)上,勾劃了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的新公眾觀。
[Abstract]:Public relations came into being at the beginning of the 20th century. The public is the dual motif of the theory and practice of public relations because of the differences of opinions and conflicts of interest between the organization and the public. This paper combs the change of organizational public view in the history of public relations. These mainstream public views include the informed-domesticated public, the obstinate-dynamic public, the customer or consumer public of the "center" of God, the public of stakeholders, the public of dialogue and value creators. Each public view has its own main view and boundary, and is closely related to the organization's imagination of the self and the outside world. On the basis of criticizing these public views, this paper outlines the new public view in the internet age.
