【摘要】：建立現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)型統(tǒng)計(jì)是世界統(tǒng)計(jì)發(fā)展的模式,也是我國(guó)政府統(tǒng)計(jì)的發(fā)展方向。許多西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已將統(tǒng)計(jì)活動(dòng)與公共需求和公共服務(wù)緊密結(jié)合起來。我國(guó)實(shí)行現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)型統(tǒng)計(jì)是統(tǒng)計(jì)系統(tǒng)落實(shí)現(xiàn)代國(guó)家治理體系的具體行動(dòng),也是充分發(fā)揮統(tǒng)計(jì)職能、體現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作本質(zhì)要求的必然選擇。本文對(duì)現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)型統(tǒng)計(jì)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,梳理了當(dāng)前我國(guó)政府統(tǒng)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)型統(tǒng)計(jì)的探索,分析了我國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作面臨的新挑戰(zhàn),立足我國(guó)實(shí)際,提出建立現(xiàn)代化服務(wù)型統(tǒng)計(jì)的構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:The establishment of modern service-oriented statistics is the mode of world statistical development and the development direction of Chinese government statistics. Many western developed countries have combined statistical activities with public demand and public services. The implementation of modern service-oriented statistics in China is not only the concrete action of the statistical system to carry out the modern national governance system, but also the inevitable choice to give full play to the statistical function and to reflect the essential requirements of the statistical work. This paper defines the connotation of modern service-oriented statistics, combs the exploration of the construction of modern service-oriented statistics by government statistical agencies in China, analyzes the new challenges faced by our statistical work, and bases itself on the reality of our country. The conception of establishing modern service statistics is put forward.
