【摘要】："斜杠青年"是一種符號化標(biāo)注,表征同時擁有多重職業(yè)、追求無邊界職業(yè)生涯的青年群體。在我國"斜杠青年"的產(chǎn)生是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、組織結(jié)構(gòu)權(quán)變性調(diào)整以及青年思維方式變革等主客觀因素共同作用的結(jié)果。"斜杠青年"的發(fā)展具有雙重效應(yīng),既有對職業(yè)尊嚴(yán)感和勞動創(chuàng)造性的不斷找尋,又存在變得全面而平庸、自由時間被擠占的風(fēng)險。"斜杠青年"不僅是部分青年群體職業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實狀態(tài),也是部分青年群體未來職業(yè)發(fā)展的備選方案,代表著一種職業(yè)發(fā)展新趨勢,要從政府、教育以及青年自身三方面共同著力,推動"斜杠青年"更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Slashbar youth is a kind of symbolized tagging, which represents the group of young people who have multiple occupations and pursue boundless careers at the same time. In China, the emergence of "slash youth" is the result of the combination of subjective and objective factors, such as upgrading of industrial structure, adjustment of organizational structure and right change, and transformation of thinking mode of young people. " The development of slalom youth has a dual effect, not only the constant search for the sense of professional dignity and labor creativity, but also the risk of becoming comprehensive and mediocre, and free time being crowded out. Sloping youth "is not only a realistic state of career development for some youth groups, but also an alternative for the future career development of some youth groups. It represents a new trend of career development, which should be taken from the government." Education and youth themselves work together to promote better development.
