【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村的衰落是城市化進程中的歷史現(xiàn)象。臺灣嘉義市大林鎮(zhèn)的上林發(fā)展協(xié)會是一個農(nóng)村非營利組織,在活化鄉(xiāng)村的過程中,堅持非營利組織的志愿精神和生態(tài)保育的理念,把活化鄉(xiāng)村和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相結(jié)合,廣泛調(diào)動各種資源,把握行動的策略和原則,凸顯非營利組織的優(yōu)勢和特色,收到了鄉(xiāng)村活化、生態(tài)保護和居民幸福共進的良好效果。活化鄉(xiāng)村是兩岸非營利組織共同的責(zé)任和使命,上林社區(qū)發(fā)展協(xié)會的經(jīng)驗,對大陸農(nóng)村非營利組織的健康發(fā)展具有參考和借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:The decline of villages is a historical phenomenon in the process of urbanization. The Shanglin Development Association of Darin Town, Taiwan's Jiayi City, is a rural non-profit organization. In the process of activating the rural areas, it adheres to the voluntary spirit of non-profit organizations and the concept of ecological conservation, combining the activation of rural areas with economic development. Mobilizing all kinds of resources extensively, grasping the strategies and principles of action, highlighting the advantages and characteristics of non-profit organizations, has received a good effect of rural activation, ecological protection and the well-being of residents. Activating the countryside is the common responsibility and mission of the non-profit organizations across the Taiwan Strait. The experience of Shanglin Community Development Association has reference and reference value for the healthy development of rural non-profit organizations in mainland China.
