殘疾家庭子女自我認(rèn)同重構(gòu)的社工個(gè)案介入
[Abstract]:"Self-identity crisis" most often appears in adolescence. In his famous "eight-stage theory", Eriksson mentioned that the core task of teenagers in this period is mainly to solve the conflict of identity and role confusion. If the self-identity crisis in this stage can not be solved smoothly, it is easy to form the character characteristics of youth's apathy, and lead to a series of serious sequelae, such as lack of caring consciousness, lack of self-identity and so on. And even continued negative impact on the development of later adulthood. In this period, because of the negative influence of social and cultural environment, native family, school peer group and other factors, adolescents with disabilities are more likely than normal teenagers to fall into this crisis. Therefore, it is necessary and significant to help young people with disabilities to improve their self-identity. The victim Xiao Jun (pseudonym) was affected by the exciting events in his early life, which led to the self-identification obstacle in his individual belief system. Based on ABC's personality theory, this paper uses qualitative research method to analyze the key causes of the lack of self-identity of the victim, and uses the rational emotional behavior therapy model as the specific intervention method. Under the guiding ideology of "helping others to help others help themselves", the author helps the victim to resolve the crisis of self-identification, molds his good sense of self-identity, and makes the victim regain his confidence. With the active implementation of the intervention service, the situation of the victim was finally improved. The comparison of the data before and after the scale and the observation of the worker can directly determine that the self-identity consciousness of the victim has gradually returned to normal. The possibility of recurrence was found to be low in the later period of return visit. The application of rational emotional therapy model has achieved some results in this case. At the end of the paper, the researchers think deeply about the application of this model in the process of intervention service, comprehensively analyze its advantages, limitations and difficulties, and sum up the practical experience of this case. It is hoped that the model of social work practice can be extended to the society of our country and help more children of disabled families who are facing the same problems to tide over the difficulties.
