【摘要】：西方學(xué)界對非傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)男性氣質(zhì)的研究已有30多年的歷史,文章基于文獻(xiàn)梳理,介紹國外這一方面的研究狀況和成果。由于"男做女工",非傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)的男性遭受性別身份的質(zhì)疑和挑戰(zhàn),這一男性群體需要不斷地通過策略手段重建自身男性氣質(zhì),因而其性別身份具有流動性。正因如此,傳統(tǒng)的性別氣質(zhì)理論和性別角色理論無法對這一群體的性別氣質(zhì)進(jìn)行解釋,非傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)男性氣質(zhì)研究的理論焦點(diǎn)在于解釋男性/女性、男性氣質(zhì)/女性氣質(zhì)的差異性與同一性。這一領(lǐng)域的研究受到西方"男性運(yùn)動"的影響,關(guān)注男性氣質(zhì)受到的"創(chuàng)傷"及其背后所涉及的社會性別分工制度。非傳統(tǒng)職業(yè)男性氣質(zhì)的研究在與女性主義研究的沖突與合作中開創(chuàng)了性別研究的新局面。
[Abstract]:There have been more than 30 years of research on non-traditional professional masculinity in western academic circles. Based on literature review, this paper introduces the research status and achievements in this field abroad. Because men are female workers, men in non-traditional occupations are challenged and challenged by gender identity. This group of men needs to constantly rebuild their masculinity through strategic means, so their gender identity is mobile. Because of this, traditional theories of gender temperament and sex role theory can not explain the sexual temperament of this group, the theoretical focus of non-traditional professional masculinity research is to explain the male / female. The difference and identity of masculinity / femininity. The research in this field is influenced by the "male movement" in the West, and pays attention to the "trauma" of masculinity and the system of gender division behind it. The study of non-traditional professional masculinity creates a new situation of gender research in the conflict and cooperation with feminist research.
