【摘要】：本文超越了既有研究的家庭社會資本視角,考察了同伴社會資本對青少年學(xué)業(yè)成就的影響。以中國某高校官方數(shù)據(jù)為例,在充分考慮內(nèi)生性等問題的基礎(chǔ)上,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)同伴的學(xué)業(yè)能力顯著影響高校學(xué)生的人力資本積累。與國外相關(guān)發(fā)現(xiàn)不同的是:第一,同伴社會資本的影響機(jī)制是間接的,而非直接。同伴網(wǎng)絡(luò)通過影響個體的價值觀和行為來影響最終學(xué)業(yè)產(chǎn)出。第二,隨著時間的推移,同伴社會資本的影響有增強(qiáng)的趨勢。影響變強(qiáng)來源于同自身階層背景相似的同伴,而背景相異的同伴影響則維持穩(wěn)定。另外,對于不同階層背景的學(xué)生而言,同伴社會資本的影響并無顯著差異。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the impact of peer social capital on adolescent academic achievement beyond the perspective of family social capital that has been studied. On the basis of the official data of a Chinese University, this paper finds that the academic ability of the peer significantly affects the accumulation of human capital of the college students. The difference is: first, the influence mechanism of peer social capital is indirect, not direct. Peer network affects the final academic output by influencing individual values and behavior. Second, the influence of peer social capital has an enhanced trend with the passage of time. The influence of peer diversity is stable. Moreover, there is no significant difference in peer social capital among students with different social backgrounds.
