【摘要】：社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展是人類有效擺脫生態(tài)環(huán)境危機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)健康發(fā)展的重要途徑。社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的主體無疑是人,人由于具有思想因此也具備一定主觀能動(dòng)性,這種主觀能動(dòng)性的有效發(fā)揮可在一定程度上促進(jìn)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。眾所周知,在社會(huì)發(fā)展過程當(dāng)中所出現(xiàn)的種種問題,主要源于人的主觀能動(dòng)性的不恰當(dāng)發(fā)揮,源于人的自身素質(zhì)所存在的諸多缺陷。要解決這些問題必須首先解決人類個(gè)體的主觀能動(dòng)性的發(fā)揮問題,解決人類個(gè)體的素質(zhì)缺陷問題,解決人的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展問題。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯推理法等,針對(duì)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式和人的現(xiàn)代化問題進(jìn)行研究。在對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡要論述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)核心概念進(jìn)行界定,指出本研究的重要理論基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)而闡述人的現(xiàn)代化在我國現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的成就和問題,闡述超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式及其對(duì)人的現(xiàn)代化的影響。最后,指出超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式下人的現(xiàn)代化實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。通過研究主要得出如下結(jié)論:我國人的現(xiàn)代化取得的成就主要表現(xiàn)為:人的健康水平不斷提高;科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)提升明顯;思想觀念取得巨大進(jìn)步;生活形態(tài)發(fā)生重要改變。我國人的現(xiàn)代化存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)為:人口素質(zhì)尚待進(jìn)一步提高;人的思想觀念需要進(jìn)一步改善;與人的現(xiàn)代化相關(guān)制度亟需創(chuàng)新。存在問題的原因?yàn)?文化傳統(tǒng)不良因素的束縛;經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡的限制;應(yīng)試教育等方面的制約。“科技—經(jīng)濟(jì)—社會(huì)—文化”超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式具有很多特征,具體為:共生、協(xié)同、循環(huán)。超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展與人的現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)系表現(xiàn)為:人的現(xiàn)代化是超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展的主體內(nèi)涵;超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展是人的現(xiàn)代化的重要支撐。在超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式下,認(rèn)為必須摒棄傳統(tǒng)的人的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展模式,人的現(xiàn)代化必須在超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式的框架下進(jìn)行。超循環(huán)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式下人的現(xiàn)代化實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑主要包括如下幾個(gè)方面:實(shí)現(xiàn)科技良性循環(huán),為人的現(xiàn)代化提供技術(shù)支持;實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)良性循環(huán),為人的現(xiàn)代化提供經(jīng)濟(jì)支持;實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)良性循環(huán),為人的現(xiàn)代化營造良好環(huán)境;實(shí)現(xiàn)文化良性循環(huán),為人的現(xiàn)代化提供文化支持;加強(qiáng)發(fā)展綠色教育,為人的現(xiàn)代化提供更優(yōu)條件。自黨的十七大以來,社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展問題已成為我國學(xué)術(shù)理論界的研究熱點(diǎn),許多學(xué)者對(duì)此表現(xiàn)出熾熱的激情和獨(dú)特的睿智,但令人遺憾的是,對(duì)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式的研究卻極為鮮見。本文在對(duì)社會(huì)綠色發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行論述的基礎(chǔ)上,探索人的現(xiàn)代化問題。以期對(duì)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)和人的現(xiàn)代化問題的理論研究和實(shí)踐推進(jìn)有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Social green development is an important way for human to get rid of the crisis of ecological environment and realize the healthy development of society. The main body of social and economic activities is undoubtedly human, because people have thought, they also have certain subjective initiative, which can promote the development of society to a certain extent. As we all know, the problems in the process of social development are mainly due to the improper exertion of human's subjective initiative and the defects of human's own quality. In order to solve these problems, we must first solve the problem of the subjective initiative of human individual, solve the quality defect of human individual, and solve the problem of the development of human modernization. This paper mainly uses the method of literature and logical reasoning to study the social green development model and the problem of human modernization. On the basis of a brief discussion of the current research situation at home and abroad, the core concepts are defined, and the important theoretical basis of this study is pointed out. Then it expounds the achievements and problems of human modernization in the process of modernization of our country, and expounds the green development mode of super-circular society and its influence on human modernization. Finally, it points out the way to realize human modernization under the green development mode of super-circular society. The main conclusions are as follows: the achievements of Chinese people's modernization are as follows: the level of human health has been improved continuously; the quality of science and culture has been improved obviously; the ideas and ideas have made great progress; and important changes have taken place in the life form. The problems existing in the modernization of human beings in our country are as follows: the quality of the population needs to be further improved; the ideology of human beings needs to be further improved; and the system related to the modernization of human beings needs to be innovated urgently. The reasons for the problems are: the restraint of the bad factors of cultural tradition, the restriction of the imbalance of economic development, the restriction of examination-oriented education and so on. The "S & T-economy-society-culture" super-circular social green development mode has many characteristics: symbiosis, cooperation and circulation. The relationship between the green development of the super-circular society and the modernization of human beings is as follows: the modernization of the human being is the main content of the green development of the super-circular society, and the green development of the super-circular society is the important support of the modernization of human beings. Under the mode of green development of super-circular society, the author thinks that the traditional mode of human modernization must be abandoned, and human modernization must be carried out under the framework of green development mode of super-circular society. The way to realize human modernization in the mode of green development of super-circular society includes the following aspects: to realize the virtuous circle of science and technology, to provide technical support for the modernization of human beings, to realize the virtuous circle of economy, to provide economic support for the modernization of human beings; To realize the virtuous circle of society, to create a good environment for the modernization of human beings, to realize the virtuous circle of culture, to provide cultural support for the modernization of human beings, to strengthen the development of green education and to provide better conditions for the modernization of human beings. Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the problem of social green development has become a hot topic in the academic and theoretical circles of our country. Many scholars have shown great passion and unique wisdom in this regard, but it is regrettable that, However, the study of social green development model is extremely rare. Based on the discussion of social green development model, this paper explores the problem of human modernization. It is beneficial to the theory and practice of ecological civilization construction and human modernization.
