【摘要】：目的:探討青少年童年期虐待與非自殺性自傷的關(guān)系,以及社會(huì)支持在童年期虐待與非自殺性自傷關(guān)聯(lián)中的中介效應(yīng)。方法:采用分層整群抽樣的方法,選取鄭州、貴陽(yáng)兩地的9704名在校城鄉(xiāng)初高中學(xué)生,采用兒童期虐待問(wèn)卷(CTQ-SF)、青少年非自殺性自傷行為問(wèn)卷、青少年社會(huì)支持量表(包括主觀(guān)支持、客觀(guān)支持、支持利用3個(gè)維度)、青少年亞健康多維評(píng)定問(wèn)卷(MSQA)分別測(cè)量童年期虐待經(jīng)歷、非自殺性自傷、社會(huì)支持水平及心理病理癥狀。結(jié)果:CTQ-SF評(píng)分與青少年非自殺性自傷行為問(wèn)卷得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.20,P0.01),與青少年社會(huì)支持量表評(píng)分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.22,P0.01);青少年社會(huì)支持量表及其各維度評(píng)分與青少年非自殺性自傷行為問(wèn)卷得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(均P0.01)�？刂茟�(hù)口所在地、自評(píng)學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)擔(dān)、自評(píng)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和心理病理癥狀的影響后,社會(huì)支持在童年期虐待與非自殺性自傷關(guān)聯(lián)中的中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)的12.57%,3個(gè)維度的中介效應(yīng)占總效應(yīng)比例為7.12%~13.85%。結(jié)論:社會(huì)支持在童年期虐待與非自殺性自傷的關(guān)聯(lián)中存在部分中介效應(yīng),良好的社會(huì)支持有助于有童年期虐待經(jīng)歷者自傷行為的預(yù)防和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between childhood abuse and non-suicide self-injury in adolescents and the intermediary effect of social support in the association between childhood abuse and non-suicide self-injury. Methods: 9704 middle and senior middle school students in Zhengzhou and Guiyang were selected by stratified cluster sampling. The questionnaire of childhood abuse (CTQ-SF) and non-suicidal self-injury behavior questionnaire were used. The adolescents' social support scale (including subjective support, objective support and support use) and the subhealth multidimensional assessment questionnaire (MSQA) were used to measure childhood abuse, non-suicidal self-injury, social support level and psychopathologic symptoms. Results there was a positive correlation between the score of 1: CTQ-SF and the scores of non-suicidal self-injury behavior questionnaire (r = 0.20, P 0.01), and a negative correlation between the score of the scale and the score of social support scale for adolescents (r-0.22, P 0.01), and the scores of social support scale for adolescents and their dimensions were positively correlated with the scores of non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adolescents (r = 0.20, P 0.01). The score of the questionnaire was negatively correlated (all P 0.01). After controlling the location of the household, the burden of self-assessment study, the influence of self-assessment learning achievement and psychopathologic symptoms, The mediating effect of social support in childhood abuse and non-suicidal self-injury accounted for 12.57% of the total effect, and the proportion of the three dimensions was 7.120.13.85. Conclusion: there are some mediating effects of social support in the association between childhood abuse and non-suicidal self-injury. Good social support is helpful to the prevention and control of self-injury behavior of those who have experienced childhood abuse.
