【摘要】：稻田養(yǎng)魚是種稻民族廣泛采用的一種傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕方式,是種植業(yè)與水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖業(yè)相結合的一種生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè),在有限的土地上對提高食物生產(chǎn)率是有用的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕方法之一。稻田養(yǎng)魚在中國有著悠久的歷史,云南是亞洲稻作文化的起源地之一,在當今生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)逐漸成為全球農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展潮流的背景下,作為云南少數(shù)民族的稻田養(yǎng)魚進行相關研究就顯得尤為重要。 本論文以云南省紅河哈尼族彝族自治州元陽縣烏灣村(地名“烏灣”,傣語稱為“勐雅”,意為傣族聚居的壩子)的實地調(diào)查為基礎,通過對烏灣村傣族稻田養(yǎng)魚的歷史、傳統(tǒng)育魚苗法(火草育魚苗法)、稻田水井和作物輪作的生計方式等方面的研究,來剖析他們對水、土壤、肥料等資源的充分利用和有效保護。這不僅反映了低熱河谷地區(qū)傣族居民與自然環(huán)境之間的互動關系,也完整地展示出紅河流域一個傣族村落長期與自然界和諧相處的一套寶貴的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕文化。在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)流行與發(fā)達的今天,研究該村落的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕方式并發(fā)現(xiàn)其優(yōu)越性,進而發(fā)掘出生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力,對于我們這樣一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國來說大有裨益。 本文共分為四個部分。第一部分是序論,詳細介紹了論文的研究背景、研究綜述、研究意義、研究方法和調(diào)查經(jīng)歷、烏灣村概況；第二部分是關于烏灣村稻田養(yǎng)魚的內(nèi)容,對稻田養(yǎng)魚的歷史、傳統(tǒng)的稻田養(yǎng)魚和稻田養(yǎng)魚的變遷三個方面進行了分析；第三部分是稻田養(yǎng)魚與勐雅傣族的社會生活,以稻魚文化、稻田養(yǎng)魚與生產(chǎn)習俗、民俗活動及稻田養(yǎng)魚中的人際關系作為研究重點；最后一部分是結論,通過對前文的總結分析,來審視稻田養(yǎng)魚的價值及對它的展望。
[Abstract]:Fish farming in paddy field is a traditional farming method widely used by rice people. It is a kind of ecological agriculture which combines planting and aquaculture. It is one of the useful traditional farming methods to improve food productivity on limited land. Fish farming in rice paddies has a long history in China. Yunnan is one of the origination places of rice culture in Asia. Under the background that ecological agriculture has gradually become the trend of global agricultural development, It is very important to study fish culture in rice field of Yunnan ethnic minority. Based on the field investigation of Wuwan Village in Yuanyang County, Honghe Hani ethnic Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province (place name "Wu Wan", Dai language is called "Meng Ya", meaning "Ba Zi", which means Dai people live together), this paper is based on the history of raising fish in Dai rice field in Wuwan Village. In order to analyze the full utilization and effective protection of water, soil, fertilizer and other resources, the traditional methods of raising fish fry (fire grass breeding fish fry method, rice field wells and crop rotation) are studied in this paper. This not only reflects the interaction between Dai people and natural environment in low heat valley area, but also shows a set of valuable traditional farming culture that a Dai village in the Red River Basin gets along harmoniously with nature for a long time. Today, when modern agriculture is popular and developed, it is of great benefit to study the traditional farming method of this village and find its superiority, and then to discover the potential of sustainable development of ecological agriculture, which is of great benefit to a large agricultural country like ours. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the preface theory, introduces the research background, the research summary, the research significance, the research method and the investigation experience, the Wuwan village general situation in detail, the second part is about the Wuwan village paddy field fish culture content, to the paddy field fish culture history, The third part is about the social life of the fish culture in rice field and the Dai nationality in Mengya, the culture of rice fish, the culture of fish and the production custom in rice field, in the third part, the change of fish culture in rice field and the change of fish culture in rice field are analyzed. The last part is the conclusion, through the summary and analysis of the above, to examine the value and prospect of fish farming in rice field.
