【摘要】：知識(shí)型微信社群是移動(dòng)社交時(shí)代用戶進(jìn)行交互式學(xué)習(xí)的新型虛擬社群。文章依托社會(huì)心理學(xué)經(jīng)典的動(dòng)機(jī)過程理論"自我決定理論",從自主需求、關(guān)系需求和勝任需求三個(gè)維度,構(gòu)建了參與動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)參與行為影響的理論模型。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷測(cè)量和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗(yàn)得出結(jié)論:學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、社交動(dòng)機(jī)、成就動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)用戶參與行為有著顯著正向影響,興趣動(dòng)機(jī)和互惠動(dòng)機(jī)并不直接影響用戶的參與行為,其中興趣動(dòng)機(jī)通過學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的中介作用、互惠動(dòng)機(jī)通過社交動(dòng)機(jī)和成就動(dòng)機(jī)的中介作用間接地影響社群用戶的參與行為。
[Abstract]:Knowledge-based WeChat community is a new type of virtual community for interactive learning in mobile social age. Based on the classical motivation process theory of social psychology "self-determination theory", this paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence of participation motivation on participation behavior from the three dimensions of autonomy demand, relationship demand and competence demand. It is concluded that learning motivation, social motivation and achievement motivation have significant positive effects on user participation behavior, while interest motivation and reciprocity motivation have no direct influence on user participation behavior. Interest motivation indirectly influences community users' participation behavior through the intermediary role of learning motivation and reciprocal motivation through the intermediary role of social motivation and achievement motivation.
