【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展進(jìn)程的加快,十八屆五中全會(huì)黨中央明確提出增加公共服務(wù)供給,建立健全農(nóng)村留守人群關(guān)愛(ài)服務(wù)體系的要求。在這一大背景下,農(nóng)村留守老人生存狀況越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)的關(guān)注,社會(huì)組織參與到農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與建設(shè)成為一大趨勢(shì)。首先,本文通過(guò)對(duì)吉安市陳家片地區(qū)留守老人進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)地調(diào)查和訪談,基本了解到本地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。同時(shí),還對(duì)本地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與進(jìn)行了需求預(yù)估,結(jié)果顯示,本地區(qū)農(nóng)村留守老人對(duì)社區(qū)參與表現(xiàn)出以下幾方面的需求:實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值的社區(qū)公益活動(dòng)需求、文娛活動(dòng)的需求、人際互助交往的需求。其次,在對(duì)社會(huì)工作服務(wù)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與的可行性和必要性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,還分析了小組工作與社區(qū)工作在服務(wù)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與中的優(yōu)勢(shì),主要包括:小組工作目標(biāo)明確性,組員平等性、互動(dòng)性,問(wèn)題的同質(zhì)性以及社區(qū)活動(dòng)的集體取向、互助取向等。再次,通過(guò)選取農(nóng)村留守老人的案例來(lái)分析小組工作和社區(qū)工作服務(wù)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與研究。其分別為:“老有所為”農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與互助小組、“九九重陽(yáng)節(jié)·農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)文娛活動(dòng)”。最后,基于對(duì)大量現(xiàn)有資料的分析學(xué)習(xí)并與本文選取的小組工作、社區(qū)工作案例做了一定程度的比對(duì),總結(jié)出社會(huì)工作服務(wù)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與的優(yōu)勢(shì)、基本策略和外在支持等方面做出結(jié)論,旨在為社會(huì)工作服務(wù)農(nóng)村留守老人社區(qū)參與建設(shè)做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)和參考,也為改善農(nóng)村留守老人生存狀態(tài)建言獻(xiàn)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerated process of urban-rural integration, the Central Committee of the party explicitly raised the demand for increasing the supply of public services and establishing a sound care service system for the rural left behind people in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. Under this background, the living conditions of the elderly in rural areas are becoming more and more concerned by the society and the social organization. Participation in the construction of community participation in rural left behind elderly people has become a major trend. First, through a large number of field investigations and interviews on the old people left behind in Chen Jia area of Ji'an, the present situation and influencing factors of the community participation of the elderly in the rural areas are basically understood and the community participation of the elderly in the rural areas is also involved. The results show that the rural residents in the rural areas show the following requirements for community participation: the needs of self-worth community public welfare activities, the demand for recreational activities and the need for interpersonal interaction. Secondly, the feasibility and necessity of community participation in the social work in the rural areas are analyzed. On the basis of this, we also analyzed the advantages of group work and community work in serving the community participation of the elderly in rural areas, including: the objectives of the group work, the equality, the interaction, the homogeneity of the problems, the collective orientation of the community activities, and the orientation of mutual assistance. Work and community work to serve the community participation of the elderly in rural areas. Finally, based on a large number of existing data analysis and study and the work of this article, community work cases To a certain degree of comparison, we conclude that social work serves the advantage of the community participation of the elderly in the rural areas, the basic strategy and external support, so as to make a certain contribution and reference for the social work to serve the rural left behind elderly community participation in the construction of the elderly, and to improve the survival state of the rural left behind the elderly.
