【摘要】:社交網(wǎng)站SNS是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用技術(shù)和服務(wù)不斷革新而發(fā)展至今的重要成果,其發(fā)展代表網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)經(jīng)由Web1.0時(shí)代過(guò)渡至Web2.0時(shí)代的重要演變。Web1.0時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)社區(qū)體現(xiàn)以技術(shù)為主導(dǎo)、內(nèi)容為核心的應(yīng)用理念,與傳統(tǒng)媒體的中心化傳播模式類似,BBS、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聊天室等社區(qū)應(yīng)用服務(wù)由站長(zhǎng)、版主或管理員掌握管理權(quán)限,并通過(guò)預(yù)先設(shè)定主題或整理內(nèi)容形成話題,網(wǎng)民根據(jù)感興趣的內(nèi)容加入討論版組或頻道獲取信息或發(fā)表一定留言。由于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)最初普及時(shí)技術(shù)的不成熟性,Web1.0時(shí)代體現(xiàn)以追求技術(shù)支持為主,對(duì)用戶需求支持相對(duì)滯后,以匿名身份在線的網(wǎng)民根據(jù)同樣關(guān)注的內(nèi)容聚集在一起,因?qū)υ掝}或內(nèi)容興趣發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移而離開(kāi),網(wǎng)民與網(wǎng)民之間的直接關(guān)系連接很弱。 隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的不斷發(fā)展,網(wǎng)民不再簡(jiǎn)單滿足于虛擬社區(qū)中的信息收發(fā),而進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)向與其他網(wǎng)友的關(guān)系互動(dòng),以及線上社區(qū)體驗(yàn)和線下現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的結(jié)合。Web2.0時(shí)代的到來(lái)呈現(xiàn)以用戶為主導(dǎo)、關(guān)系為核心的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新興發(fā)展模式。博客提供的實(shí)時(shí)訂閱與動(dòng)態(tài)反饋功能讓用戶可以即時(shí)查閱關(guān)注博客或站點(diǎn)的最新動(dòng)態(tài),獲悉自己頁(yè)面的被訪問(wèn)情況,紀(jì)錄博主之間的留言評(píng)論,讓用戶形成相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的在線關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),用戶需求逐漸成為技術(shù)推進(jìn)的核心動(dòng)力;趯(shí)名制的社交網(wǎng)站SNS支持用戶自媒體、微內(nèi)容傳播,進(jìn)一步滿足用戶真實(shí)社會(huì)關(guān)系互動(dòng)的需求,社交網(wǎng)站的出現(xiàn)彰顯互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用理念由“人機(jī)對(duì)話”向“人人對(duì)話”的轉(zhuǎn)變,由人與產(chǎn)品的關(guān)系到人與人關(guān)系的回歸,體現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播由內(nèi)容傳播到關(guān)系傳播的偏向。 美國(guó)社會(huì)政治學(xué)家羅伯特·普特南指出,社區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)人們的社會(huì)資本至關(guān)重要,在社區(qū)中關(guān)系傳播是產(chǎn)生和維系社會(huì)資本的關(guān)鍵前提。社會(huì)資本理論研究代表學(xué)者美籍華裔社會(huì)學(xué)家林南提出,社會(huì)資本的本源在于社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和社會(huì)關(guān)系。由此可見(jiàn),關(guān)系是社會(huì)資本的根本基礎(chǔ)。普特南根據(jù)社會(huì)資本的不同表現(xiàn)形式提出社會(huì)資本可劃分為橋梁式社會(huì)資本和紐帶式社會(huì)資本,橋梁式社會(huì)資本與互動(dòng)頻率低、互惠交換少的弱關(guān)系緊密相關(guān),紐帶式社會(huì)資本與互動(dòng)頻率高、互惠交換深入的強(qiáng)關(guān)系密切關(guān)聯(lián)。 本研究從關(guān)系視角出發(fā),通過(guò)分析社交網(wǎng)站SNS傳播學(xué)特征,探討社交網(wǎng)站SNS的關(guān)系傳播偏向?qū)τ脩羯鐣?huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和人際關(guān)系的影響,以及伴隨的社會(huì)資本的變化,從而對(duì)社交網(wǎng)站SNS使用與用戶社會(huì)資本的相互關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行考察;谌巳司W(wǎng)實(shí)證案例考察,本研究對(duì)社交網(wǎng)站SNS使用與用戶社會(huì)資本進(jìn)行量化測(cè)量。以Ellison等學(xué)者提出的社會(huì)資本經(jīng)典量表為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合本研究實(shí)際情境,筆者設(shè)計(jì)社交網(wǎng)站SNS使用和社會(huì)資本的測(cè)量量表和具體指標(biāo)。分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),社交網(wǎng)站的使用與用戶社會(huì)資本存在密切關(guān)系,不同的使用強(qiáng)度和使用偏好會(huì)對(duì)用戶感知的社會(huì)資本產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響。使用強(qiáng)度與用戶橋梁式社會(huì)資本和紐帶式社會(huì)資本積極相關(guān),使用偏好中信息獲取和人際交流有利于維系和加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中原有關(guān)系,以及構(gòu)建和拓展新朋友,從而帶來(lái)紐帶式社會(huì)資本和橋梁式社會(huì)資本的增加,社交游戲的使用對(duì)社會(huì)資本無(wú)顯著作用。社會(huì)資本的增加會(huì)帶來(lái)用戶社區(qū)融入感和歸屬感的增強(qiáng),世界觀和社會(huì)價(jià)值觀的提升,及獲得更多情感支持和經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)物支持。
[Abstract]:The social networking site SNS is an important achievement of the continuous innovation of Internet application technology and service. Its development represents the important evolution of the network community through the transition from the Web1.0 era to the era of Web2.0. The network community in the era of the.Web1.0 era embodies the technology as the dominant and the core of the application theory, which is similar to the central communication mode of the traditional media. BBS, network chat room and other community application services are controlled by the master, the moderator or the administrator, and the topic is formed by setting the subject or arranging the content in advance. The netizens join the discussion group or channel to obtain information or make a certain message according to the content of interest. Because of the immaturity of the initial timely technology of the Internet, the Web1.0 Era It embodies the pursuit of technical support, and the support for user needs is relatively lagging. Online users with anonymous identity are gathered together according to the same concerns. With the continuous development of Internet applications, Internet users are no longer satisfied with the information receiving and receiving in the virtual community, and further turn to the relationship with other Internet users, as well as the combination of online community experience and offline real life in the.Web2.0 era, which presents a new Internet development model with user oriented and relationship as the core of the Internet.
