【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)婚姻家庭結(jié)構(gòu)隨著社會(huì)變遷發(fā)生了巨大的變化,婚姻家庭不再是"需求共同體",轉(zhuǎn)而成為一種"選擇性親密關(guān)系",導(dǎo)致了單親家庭大量出現(xiàn)。家庭的變化同步使家庭社會(huì)資本產(chǎn)生改變,目前單親父親社會(huì)資本方面的實(shí)務(wù)相關(guān)研究相對(duì)較少,本文以3位單親父親家庭為例,研究他們社會(huì)資本的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)模。文章有以下幾點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn):單親父親在單親之后,面臨的問(wèn)題不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)收入減少,照顧子女困難,工作家務(wù)休閑之間的矛盾,還有身心疲憊的心理壓力。造成這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的原因是多方面的,從林南社會(huì)資本的角度分析,則是自身社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)位置導(dǎo)致資源不足,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)變化、關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)互動(dòng)不足引起周圍支持欠缺,以及運(yùn)用社會(huì)資本意識(shí)的淡漠致使單親父親家庭的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在社會(huì)工作介入服務(wù)的過(guò)程中,按照服務(wù)目的主次的不同主要分為表達(dá)性行動(dòng)與工具性行動(dòng)。表達(dá)性行動(dòng)主要滿足當(dāng)事人情感方面的需求,可以通過(guò)增加同質(zhì)性的互動(dòng)來(lái)促進(jìn)表達(dá)性行動(dòng),從而提升社會(huì)資本,解決當(dāng)事人親子關(guān)系緊張的問(wèn)題;工具性行動(dòng)側(cè)重地位的獲得,增加異質(zhì)性的互動(dòng)或可使工具性行動(dòng)獲得成功從而累積社會(huì)資本,幫助當(dāng)事人找到了新的工作。通過(guò)個(gè)案的輔導(dǎo),增強(qiáng)了單親父親的社會(huì)資本意識(shí),擴(kuò)大其社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),增加了社會(huì)資本的累積。同時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn),處于經(jīng)濟(jì)弱勢(shì)的單親父親依靠其社會(huì)資本還得不到足夠的支持,需要更加系統(tǒng)的宏觀的社會(huì)工作服務(wù)來(lái)滿足其需求。
[Abstract]:The structure of the traditional marriage and family changes with the social changes. The marriage and family are no longer the "demand community", which turns into a "selective intimate relationship", which leads to a large number of single parent families. The family changes have changed family social capital, and the practical related research on the social capital of single parent's father is at present. For example, this paper takes 3 single parent families as an example to study the network structure and scale of their social capital. The following points have been found that the problems faced by a single parent after a single parent are not only the economic income reduction, the difficulties in caring for children, the contradictions between work and leisure, and the psychological stress of physical and mental exhaustion. There are many reasons for the risk. From the perspective of Lin Nan's social capital, it is the lack of resources, the change of family structure, the lack of network interaction and the lack of social capital awareness, and the risk of single parent families with the indifference of social capital consciousness. The difference between the main and secondary aspects of the service is mainly divided into expressive action and instrumental action. Expressive action mainly satisfies the emotional needs of the parties, and can promote expressive action by increasing the interaction of homogeneity, thus promoting social capital and solving the tension of the parent-child relationship of the parties, and the acquisition of the position of instrumental action. To increase the interaction of heterogeneity or the success of instrumental action to accumulate social capital and to help the parties find new jobs. Through the guidance of a case, the social capital of a single parent is enhanced, the social network is expanded and the accumulation of social capital is increased. Social capital has not been adequately supported, and more systematic and macro social work services are needed to meet its needs.
