【摘要】：李克特式量表可以定量地對指標進行評價,常常被用在包括區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境在內(nèi)的各種排名與其它統(tǒng)計分析中。李克特式量表在應用時首先設置不同選項(等級),要求受訪者從中選擇比較符合要求的一項,最后通過調(diào)查者賦予不同等級的選項以不同分值,進一步定量地計算所有受訪者對該項測量指標的總體評價。然而,在李克特式量表中,問卷設計者主觀賦予的不同等級分值與受訪者認為的賦值可能存在一定的語義差異,從而導致測量結(jié)果在有些情況下不能充分反映受訪者的真實態(tài)度,進而影響統(tǒng)計分析結(jié)果的可靠性。首先對語義差異進行了論述,然后通過李克特量表對區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境排名的具體應用中語義差異導致的有效性問題進行了算例分析。此后,采用數(shù)值分析和數(shù)理推理方法,分析了確保調(diào)查結(jié)果可靠性的語義差異范圍,并且給出了降低語義差異對李克特式量表排名影響的等級分值賦值方法。最后,通過一個實例分析了所探討的問題并演練了相應理論結(jié)論的應用過程。
[Abstract]:The Richter scale, which can be used to evaluate the index quantitatively, is often used in various rankings and other statistical analyses, including the regional scientific and technological innovation environment. The Richter scale was first used with different options (rank, which asked the interviewees to select one that met the requirements, and finally, through investigators, to assign different scores to the options of different grades. A further quantitative calculation of the overall evaluation of the measure by all interviewees was made. However, in the Richter scale, there may be some semantic differences between the subjective scores assigned by the questionnaire designers and the assigned values of the respondents. As a result, the measurement results can not fully reflect the true attitude of the interviewees in some cases, and then affect the reliability of the statistical analysis results. Firstly, the semantic differences are discussed, and then the validity of the semantic differences in the application of the regional scientific and technological innovation environment ranking is analyzed by using the Richter scale. Then, the range of semantic differences to ensure the reliability of the survey results is analyzed by numerical analysis and mathematical reasoning, and the method of rating assignment is given to reduce the influence of semantic differences on the ranking of Richter scale. Finally, an example is given to analyze the problems discussed and the application process of the corresponding theoretical conclusions is drilled.
