【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放進程的加快,農(nóng)村小微企業(yè)得到了迅速發(fā)展。其發(fā)展一方面是農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的組織機構改善與制度完善的表現(xiàn),另外一方面也是農(nóng)村基層就業(yè)多渠道化的具體表現(xiàn)。從作用上看,農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)的發(fā)展促進了農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)力的整合,并對推進我國基層經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、縮小改革開放后的城鄉(xiāng)差距、促進城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要作用。但是,隨著信息化與社會資源的量化進程不斷推進,農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)也逐步實現(xiàn)了管理與測算績效上的現(xiàn)代化,各項社會化指標的綜合計量使得農(nóng)村微型創(chuàng)業(yè)績效成為具有體系化特征的衡量系統(tǒng)。故而,基于信息化與實證化研究趨勢的發(fā)展,筆者將農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的影響因素量化,通過建立量化社會網(wǎng)絡,對影響農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)建立發(fā)展的各項因素進行量化研究,突出其對企業(yè)創(chuàng)建發(fā)展的作用,并對作用的發(fā)揮予以衡量,將創(chuàng)業(yè)者網(wǎng)絡能力、網(wǎng)絡資源與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效影響關系的顯著性進行權衡,以量化數(shù)據(jù)為依托,闡釋農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)建、網(wǎng)絡整合與整體企業(yè)創(chuàng)建發(fā)展的作用。在實證方面,筆者利用東北地區(qū)黑龍江、吉林、遼寧內(nèi)蒙古4省(區(qū))農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)實際調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構建“創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會網(wǎng)絡—資源獲取—創(chuàng)業(yè)績效”遞進理論模型,運用結(jié)構方程模型方法,分析并探討創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會網(wǎng)絡、資源獲取對農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)績效影響機理。結(jié)果表明,寬泛的創(chuàng)業(yè)者社會網(wǎng)絡有利于企業(yè)獲得多元化創(chuàng)業(yè)資源進而轉(zhuǎn)化為農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)績效;個人網(wǎng)絡對資產(chǎn)型資源獲取能力高于知識型資源獲取,商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡對知識型資源獲取能力高于資產(chǎn)型資源獲取;資產(chǎn)型資源對農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)生存績效和創(chuàng)新績效有顯著促進作用,對成長績效影響不顯著;知識型資源對農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)成長績效和創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的促進作用,對生存績效影響不顯著,且對創(chuàng)新績效的影響程度高于成長績效。政策導向應注重個人網(wǎng)絡對農(nóng)村微型企業(yè)資源獲取的基礎作用,提升商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡引致效果,保證創(chuàng)業(yè)資源與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效“匹配”轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of reform and opening up, small and micro-enterprises in rural areas have developed rapidly. On the one hand, its development is the manifestation of the improvement of organization and system of rural economic development, on the other hand, it is the concrete manifestation of multi-channel of rural grass-roots employment. In effect, the development of rural microenterprises promotes the integration of rural productive forces, and plays an important role in promoting the development of grass-roots economy, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas after reform and opening up, and promoting the economic development of urban and rural areas. However, with the development of information technology and the quantification of social resources, rural micro-enterprises have gradually realized the modernization of management and performance measurement. The comprehensive measurement of various socialized indicators makes the performance of rural micro-entrepreneurship a systematic measurement system. Therefore, based on the development of informatization and empirical research, the author quantifies the influencing factors in the development of rural microenterprises, and establishes a quantitative social network. The factors that affect the establishment and development of rural microenterprises are quantitatively studied, and the role of them in the establishment and development of enterprises is highlighted, and the exertion of the functions is measured, and the network ability of entrepreneurs is put into effect. On the basis of quantitative data, the significance of the relationship between network resources and entrepreneurial performance is weighed to explain the role of network creation, network integration and overall enterprise creation and development in rural microenterprises. In the empirical aspect, the author uses the investigation data of rural microenterprises in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia in Northeast China to construct a progressive theoretical model of "social network-resource acquisition and entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurs". Based on the structural equation model, this paper analyzes and discusses the influence mechanism of social network and resource acquisition on the entrepreneurial performance of rural micro-enterprises. The results show that a broad social network of entrepreneurs is helpful for enterprises to obtain diversified entrepreneurial resources and translate into entrepreneurial performance of rural microenterprises, and personal network has higher ability to acquire asset resources than knowledge resources. The ability of business network to acquire knowledge resources is higher than that of assets resources, and asset resources can promote the survival performance and innovation performance of rural microenterprises, but have no significant effect on growth performance. Knowledge resources can significantly promote the growth performance and innovation performance of rural microenterprises, but have no significant impact on survival performance, and the impact on innovation performance is higher than that on growth performance. The policy orientation should pay attention to the basic function of personal network on the resource acquisition of rural microenterprises, promote the effect of commercial network, and ensure the "matching" transformation between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance.
