【摘要】：當(dāng)今時(shí)代，全球化進(jìn)程迅速推進(jìn)和信息技術(shù)日益進(jìn)步，推動(dòng)著人類(lèi)社會(huì)文明的進(jìn)程不斷加速，特別是大眾傳播媒介得到廣泛普及。與此同時(shí)，一些全球性的難題如艾滋病問(wèn)題也日益影響著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和個(gè)人的健康發(fā)展。艾滋病不僅僅是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的醫(yī)學(xué)難題，與之相伴而生的歧視和社會(huì)排斥現(xiàn)象更是一個(gè)不容忽視的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)污名（化）理論、健康傳播學(xué)有關(guān)觀點(diǎn)和媒介歧視理論進(jìn)行了選擇性地梳理和綜述，在此基礎(chǔ)上翻閱了《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》1983 2012年30年間艾滋病報(bào)道的新聞資料，并以《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》30年艾滋病報(bào)道為主要考察對(duì)象，采用內(nèi)容分析法和對(duì)應(yīng)分析方法對(duì)經(jīng)過(guò)總結(jié)、整理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，進(jìn)而提出了大眾傳媒對(duì)我國(guó)艾滋病污名化的動(dòng)態(tài)影響模型和大眾傳媒與艾滋病污名化的關(guān)系圖，最后對(duì)去污名化、人性自利和知行合一進(jìn)行了深層次思考。本文旨在通過(guò)研究大眾傳媒對(duì)我國(guó)艾滋病污名化的影響，發(fā)現(xiàn)媒體艾滋病報(bào)道的規(guī)律及其存在的問(wèn)題，探索艾滋病污名化的社會(huì)文化根源，從而為我國(guó)的艾滋病防治工作提供切實(shí)有效的幫助，并促使我國(guó)消除艾滋病歧視現(xiàn)象和加強(qiáng)對(duì)艾滋病人群體的關(guān)愛(ài)，推動(dòng)和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。 在對(duì)整個(gè)艾滋病污名化過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究之后，本文認(rèn)為，大眾傳媒對(duì)于艾滋病污名化的報(bào)道呈現(xiàn)了一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的影響過(guò)程，即初期由于對(duì)艾滋病缺乏科學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí)，媒體對(duì)艾滋病的有關(guān)新聞不乏失實(shí)和偏見(jiàn)性報(bào)道，導(dǎo)致公眾產(chǎn)生了本能的恐慌和排斥心理。隨著艾滋病例的不斷增多，媒體加大關(guān)注力度，對(duì)此進(jìn)行了集中、廣泛的報(bào)道，但這是出于各種壓力和利益的考慮，報(bào)道內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)出亦真亦假的現(xiàn)象，而公眾雖然能夠廣泛加以了解，，但對(duì)于報(bào)道出來(lái)的艾滋病和艾滋病人群體的情況是否真實(shí)卻是真假難辨。此后，由于政府開(kāi)始正視艾滋病這一問(wèn)題，專(zhuān)家對(duì)此進(jìn)行科學(xué)解讀，以社會(huì)工作及其組織為代表的各種志愿者和團(tuán)體關(guān)愛(ài)艾滋病人活動(dòng)的增多，艾滋病人這一群體開(kāi)始擁有話語(yǔ)權(quán)，媒體這時(shí)開(kāi)始進(jìn)行負(fù)責(zé)任地深度事實(shí)報(bào)道，因而公眾在了解預(yù)防艾滋病的科學(xué)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)上，能夠正確、理性地對(duì)待這一群體，使之實(shí)現(xiàn)群體/地域去污名化的目標(biāo)。 研究大眾傳媒對(duì)我國(guó)艾滋病污名化的動(dòng)態(tài)影響過(guò)程，旨在最終實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)艾滋病人群體去污名化的目標(biāo)。本文基于人性自利的價(jià)值立場(chǎng)和理論傾向，來(lái)分析大眾傳媒在艾滋病報(bào)道問(wèn)題上所擔(dān)負(fù)的社會(huì)責(zé)任感之必要性，并認(rèn)為大眾傳媒、政府機(jī)構(gòu)和社會(huì)公眾真正做到知行合一，才是實(shí)現(xiàn)去污名化目標(biāo)的最佳途徑。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of globalization and the progress of information technology, the process of civilization of human society is accelerated, especially the mass media is widely popularized. At the same time, some global problems such as AIDS also increasingly affect the progress of society and the healthy development of individuals. AIDS is not only a simple medical problem, accompanied by discrimination and social exclusion is a social problem can not be ignored. In this paper, the stigma theory, health communication theory and media discrimination theory are selectively combed and summarized, and on the basis of this, we read the news materials reported on AIDS from 1983 to 2012. Taking the report on AIDS in < People's Daily > 30 years as the main object of investigation, the statistical analysis of the data summarized and collated was carried out by using the method of content analysis and correspondence analysis. Then it puts forward the dynamic influence model of mass media on HIV / AIDS stigma in China and the relationship map between mass media and HIV / AIDS stigma. Finally, it makes a deep thinking on decontamination, self-interest of human nature and integration of knowledge and practice. The purpose of this paper is to explore the social and cultural roots of HIV / AIDS stigma by studying the influence of mass media on HIV / AIDS stigma in China, finding out the rules and existing problems of media reporting on AIDS. In order to provide practical and effective help for the prevention and treatment of AIDS in China, and promote the elimination of AIDS discrimination and strengthen the care of AIDS groups, promote the construction of a harmonious society. After studying the whole process of AIDS stigmatization, this paper believes that the mass media report on AIDS stigma presents a dynamic process of influence, that is, the lack of scientific understanding of AIDS at the initial stage. The news about AIDS in the media is not lack of false and biased reports, resulting in instinctive panic and rejection of the public. With the increasing number of AIDS cases, the media has increased its attention and carried out concentrated and extensive reports, but this is due to various pressures and interest considerations, and the content of the reports also presents a true and false phenomenon. Although the public can be widely understood, but the reported AIDS and AIDS population is true or not is true. Since then, as the government has begun to face up to the problem of AIDS, experts have carried out a scientific interpretation of this, and various volunteers and groups representing social work and their organizations have increased their activities to care for AIDS patients. This group of AIDS patients began to have the right to speak, and the media began to report in depth and responsibly, so that the public, on the basis of understanding the scientific knowledge of AIDS prevention, was able to treat this group correctly and rationally. To achieve the goal of group / area decontamination. This paper studies the dynamic influence of mass media on HIV / AIDS stigma in order to achieve the goal of decontamination of AIDS patients. Based on the value standpoint and theoretical tendency of human nature, this paper analyzes the necessity of the social responsibility of mass media on AIDS reporting, and holds that mass media, government agencies and the public should truly achieve the unity of knowledge and action. Is the best way to achieve the goal of decontamination.
