【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展、網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的日益壯大、網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的傳播量與日俱增,導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)不良信息的肆意蔓延,造成當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境亂象叢生。一方面,在廣泛使用的移動手機(jī)應(yīng)用和PC端里面,人們可以輕易地接觸到大量網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情信息、暴力信息以及反動信息。另一方面,用戶的低齡化趨勢日益明顯,青少年上網(wǎng)人數(shù)劇增,而青少年暴力犯罪中絕大多數(shù)是由網(wǎng)絡(luò)誘發(fā)的,同時仍以平均每年7.6%的幅度增長。基于上述的現(xiàn)實背景,本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年暴力犯罪的影響為研究對象,探討青少年面臨的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境與青少年犯罪的關(guān)系。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究分析當(dāng)前網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的特征,同時設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷和個案訪談,實地考察河南省少管所400名青少年罪犯背景。研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)的虛幻性,欺騙性及負(fù)面唆教性是青少年犯罪的罪魁禍?zhǔn)�。網(wǎng)絡(luò)的暴力文化,色情文化,反社會文化引起青少年道德缺失,情感冷漠,虛無主義及自我意識過剩。加上青少年易模仿、是非觀念差、心智不成熟的年齡特點,更容易受到網(wǎng)絡(luò)的這些負(fù)面影響從而產(chǎn)生暴力犯罪行為。論文的最后,針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)對青少年暴力犯罪的影響,提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施與對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, the increasing number of Internet users, the increasing amount of network information dissemination, resulting in the wanton spread of network bad information, resulting in the current Internet environment chaos. On the one hand, in the widely used mobile phone applications and PC, people can easily access a lot of network pornographic information, violent information and reactionary information. On the other hand, the trend of the younger age of users is becoming more and more obvious, and the number of teenagers on the Internet is increasing dramatically, and the majority of the juvenile violent crimes are induced by the network, and the average annual growth rate is still 7.6%. Based on the above realistic background, this paper takes the influence of internet on juvenile violent crime as the research object, and discusses the relationship between the network environment faced by teenagers and juvenile delinquency. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current network environment through literature research, and designs a questionnaire and a case interview to investigate the background of 400 juvenile delinquents in Henan juvenile detention center on the spot. The conclusion is that the illusory, deceptive and negative abetting of internet is the chief culprit of juvenile delinquency. The culture of violence, pornography and antisocial culture on the Internet lead to the lack of moral, emotional apathy, nihilism and excess self-consciousness. In addition, adolescents are easy to imitate, lack of sense of right and wrong, immature age characteristics, more vulnerable to these negative effects of the Internet, resulting in violent crime. Finally, according to the influence of network on juvenile violent crime, the corresponding measures and countermeasures are put forward.
