【摘要】：作為社會(huì)工作的三大工作方法之一的小組工作在助人方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用，小組工作方法亦被運(yùn)用于眾多領(lǐng)域。然而，小組工作在發(fā)揮其積極功效的同時(shí)，其本身存在的一些缺陷和不足使小組工作難以發(fā)揮其助人的積極功能。小組工作的服務(wù)對(duì)象是小組成員，這些成員既具有同質(zhì)性又具有異質(zhì)性。小組工作利用成員的同質(zhì)性形成小組動(dòng)力，從而挖掘小組成員的潛能，促進(jìn)其發(fā)展。但是，小組成員也有其異質(zhì)性的一面，當(dāng)小組中出現(xiàn)“異眾者”時(shí)，小組工作就不能順利進(jìn)行下去，隨之“異眾者”也會(huì)出現(xiàn)更大的問題，從而影響其成長。 本研究在武漢戶部巷社區(qū)的小組工作實(shí)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)之上展開。在開展實(shí)務(wù)工作時(shí)，筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)小組中異眾者有一些共同的特征，他們不愿意配合工作人員的工作，與小組其他成員關(guān)系緊張，對(duì)小組具有較大的消極影響，常阻礙小組工作的順利進(jìn)行。針對(duì)這些問題，，筆者認(rèn)真觀察和記錄了異眾者在小組中的表現(xiàn)，并與他們的家庭人員進(jìn)行了深度訪談。 通過前期的小組工作、觀察與訪談，筆者針對(duì)異眾者展開了進(jìn)一步的研究。這些異眾者雖然在一定程度上會(huì)阻礙小組工作，但我們并不能將其“問題”化，而需從優(yōu)勢視角看待他們，發(fā)現(xiàn)他們在活躍小組氣氛、增強(qiáng)小組凝聚力等方面起到的積極作用。為了更好的幫助他們，筆者利用社會(huì)工作行動(dòng)研究的方法，開展小組工作和個(gè)案工作。在開展社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)介入的時(shí)候，筆者專門針對(duì)異眾者的特殊問題進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)，在逐步深入服務(wù)的同時(shí)不斷調(diào)整方案以求達(dá)到最佳效果。通過研究和對(duì)社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)介入的反思，筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)在面對(duì)小組中的異眾者時(shí)，可以考慮從工作理念、工作方法和基于某一具體理論的介入技巧等幾個(gè)方面改變實(shí)務(wù)介入的策略，從而一方面使異眾者發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢和進(jìn)行自我改變，另一方面也使小組工作收到應(yīng)有的積極效果。
[Abstract]:As one of the three working methods of social work , the work of the group plays a more and more important role in helping people , and the working methods of the group are also used in many fields . However , the work of the group has been used in many fields . However , the team members have the same heterogeneity and heterogeneity .

This study was conducted on the basis of the working practice of the team working in Wuhan Household Lane Community . In carrying out the substantive work , the author finds out that there are some common characteristics among the various groups in the group . They are unwilling to cooperate with the work of the staff , have a great negative influence on the group , and often obstruct the smooth progress of the work of the group . In the light of these problems , the author carefully observes and records the performance of the dissidents in the group , and conducts a deep interview with their family members .

In order to better help them , the author makes use of the methods of social work action research , and finds out their active role in the aspects of active group atmosphere and group cohesion . In order to better help them , the author finds out how to change the strategy of substantive intervention in the aspects of active group atmosphere and enhancing group cohesion . In order to help them , the author finds out that in the face of the different people in the group , the author can consider the strategy of changing the practice from the work idea , the working methods and the intervention skill based on a specific theory , so as to make the different people exert their advantages and self - change , and on the other hand , the team should receive the positive effect due to the work .
