【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)滲透到社會的各個行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域,給人們的生活交往方式與思維理念帶來巨大的變化�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,為意識形態(tài)的發(fā)展提供了新的平臺、新的發(fā)展環(huán)境,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)成為意識形態(tài)斗爭的新陣地。一方面,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)突破時間和空間的限制,為西方國家進行文化滲透提供了便利條件。另一方面,我國正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,由于利益群體的變化,社會存在一些不可避免的矛盾,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)使政府引導(dǎo)社會輿論的難度不斷增大。因而,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,如何維護網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全具有非常重要的意義。本文共分四大部分:第一部分是緒論,主要介紹了本文的選題背景,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究意義和研究方法。第二部分是網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全的一般性理論,主要是對意識形態(tài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全概念進行了界定;對網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)的特點進行分析;在此基礎(chǔ)上,從政府、個體、社會、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播等角度探討了影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全的因素和機制。第三部分是我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及其原因。當(dāng)前我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)存在的問題主要包括:網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的發(fā)展使政府的輿論導(dǎo)向作用大大減弱;西方國家借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對我國主流意識形態(tài)進行侵蝕;網(wǎng)絡(luò)思潮削弱著我國的道路自信、理論自信、制度自信,在分析挑戰(zhàn)的同時,也深刻探究了出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因。第四部分是維護我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全的對策。在前文的基礎(chǔ)上,主要從五個方面進行了分析:第一,加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)安全教育。第二,增強互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體的輿論導(dǎo)向作用。第三,采取多種舉措加強互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的監(jiān)管。第四,加強人才隊伍建設(shè)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)科學(xué)技術(shù)投入。第五,以社會主義核心價值體系指導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識形態(tài)建設(shè)。最后,提出了本文的研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the network permeates into the various industries and fields of the society, bringing great changes to people's life communication mode and thinking concept. The development of the Internet provides a new platform for the development of ideology, a new development environment, the network has become a new front of ideological struggle. On the one hand, the Internet breaks through the limitation of time and space, and provides convenient conditions for Western countries to carry out cultural infiltration. On the other hand, our country is in the social transition period, because of the change of interest groups, there are some inevitable contradictions in society, and the appearance of network makes it more and more difficult for the government to guide the public opinion. Therefore, in the Internet era, how to maintain the network ideological security has a very important significance. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background of this topic, the domestic and foreign research status, research significance and research methods. The second part is the general theory of the network ideology security, mainly defines the ideology, the network ideology security concept; carries on the analysis to the network ideology characteristic; on this basis, from the government, This paper discusses the factors and mechanism that influence the network ideology security from the angle of individual, society and network communication. The third part is the challenge and reason of network ideology security in our country. The problems existing in the network ideology of our country include: the development of the network media weakens the guiding function of the public opinion of the government greatly, the western countries use the Internet to erode the mainstream ideology of our country; The network trend of thought weakens our country road self-confidence, the theory self-confidence, the system confidence, in the analysis challenge, also has deeply explored the reason which these problems appear. The fourth part is the countermeasure of maintaining the network ideology security of our country. On the basis of the above, this paper mainly analyzes from five aspects: first, strengthen the network ideological security education. Second, enhance the Internet media's role in guiding public opinion. Third, take a variety of measures to strengthen the supervision of the Internet. Fourth, strengthen the construction of talent force and Internet science and technology investment. Fifth, guide the construction of network ideology with socialist core value system. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is put forward.
