【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)快速城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程和城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,多元化的能源設(shè)施、廢棄物處理設(shè)施、社會(huì)類(lèi)設(shè)施、特殊交通等鄰避設(shè)施必將陸續(xù)進(jìn)入城市規(guī)劃區(qū),并成為城市新的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),基于公眾對(duì)不同類(lèi)型鄰避設(shè)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)接受度的差異而形成了不同特征的鄰避空間。本文提出了鄰避空間的概念,分析了其形成機(jī)制、擴(kuò)散模式和類(lèi)型,在此基礎(chǔ)上以南京市殯葬鄰避空間為例,分析其在"產(chǎn)生—擠壓—消亡—再生"的空間生命周期中,鄰避空間和城市空間之間經(jīng)歷的"侵入—競(jìng)爭(zhēng)—協(xié)調(diào)—融合"的互動(dòng)肌理,由此形成在城市中"邊緣—近郊—市區(qū)—中心"的空間演變規(guī)律及再生手法,理論上豐富了鄰避設(shè)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知的范式和鄰避空間的分析,實(shí)踐中有利于提高鄰避設(shè)施在城市中的順利布局并應(yīng)對(duì)鄰避沖突。
[Abstract]:With the rapid urbanization process and the expansion of urban scale in China, diversified energy facilities, waste disposal facilities, social facilities, special traffic and other adjacent facilities will inevitably enter the urban planning area, and become the new risks in the city. Based on the public differences in the risk acceptance of different types of adjacent facilities, different types of risks have formed different characteristics. In this paper, the concept of adjacent space is proposed, and its formation mechanism, diffusion mode and type are analyzed. On this basis, the Nanjing funeral and interment space avoidance space is taken as an example to analyze the "invasion competition coordination" between the space and the urban space in the space life cycle of "generation squeezing and extinction - regeneration". Combining the interactive texture, it forms the spatial evolution law and the regeneration technique of the city "edge to the suburb downtown center". In theory, it enriches the paradigm of the risk cognition of the adjacent facilities and the analysis of the adjacent space. In practice, it is beneficial to improve the smooth layout of the adjacent facilities in the city and to cope with the neighboring conflict.
