【摘要】：一般而言,民主主要被理解為一種國家的政治制度安排或政府與民眾之間的政治關(guān)系,因此制度建設(shè)必然成為民主建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)容。但對于民主政治的全面實現(xiàn)來說,不僅要有民主的制度,還要有與之相應(yīng)的民主文化。近年來,文化對于民主的重要作用已越來越為人們所重視�；鶎用裰髯鳛槲覈鐣髁x民主政治建設(shè)的一項偉大實踐,同樣需要相應(yīng)的文化土壤支撐其發(fā)展。 基層民主與人們的日常生活息息相關(guān),體現(xiàn)于人們的日常生活中。改革開放30年,我國基層民主發(fā)展取得了巨大成就。但是,由于我國基層民主發(fā)展的特殊路徑選擇,要推進基層民主的發(fā)展,民主文化的建設(shè)就顯得十分重要。本文將從文化生活入手,探討文化生活中價值理念、道德規(guī)范、生活習俗、文化活動等對基層民主發(fā)展的影響。當前,我國正處于社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的轉(zhuǎn)型期和關(guān)鍵期,政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會等方面都產(chǎn)生了深刻變化,文化生活的變遷中產(chǎn)生了許多有利于基層民主發(fā)展的條件,構(gòu)成基層民主發(fā)展所需的文化生活要素。但是,我們應(yīng)看到,基層民主的發(fā)展是一個在摸索中前進的過程,期間會遇到各種問題和困難。社會急劇變遷的背景下,文化生活變遷為基層民主的發(fā)展提供了有利的文化生活要素,同時也帶來諸多問題。因此,應(yīng)當及時解決文化生活問題,在健康文化生活中推進基層民主發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, democracy is mainly understood as the political system arrangement of a country or the political relationship between the government and the people, so the system construction must become the core content of the democratic construction. But for the full realization of democratic politics, we must not only have a democratic system, but also a corresponding democratic culture. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the important role of culture to democracy. As a great practice in the construction of socialist democracy in our country, grass-roots democracy also needs the corresponding cultural soil to support its development. Grassroots democracy is closely related to people's daily life and is embodied in people's daily life. Reform and opening up for 30 years, China's grass-roots democratic development has made great achievements. However, the construction of democratic culture is very important in order to promote the development of grass-roots democracy because of the special path choice of the development of grass-roots democracy in our country. Starting with cultural life, this paper discusses the influence of value concept, moral standard, living custom and cultural activity on the development of grass-roots democracy in cultural life. At present, our country is in the transition period and key period of socialist modernization construction. Profound changes have taken place in politics, economy, culture, society, and so on. Many conditions conducive to the development of democracy at the grass-roots level have emerged in the vicissitude of cultural life. The elements of cultural life necessary for the development of democracy at the grass-roots level. However, we should realize that the development of democracy at the grassroots level is a process of progress in exploration, and problems and difficulties will be encountered during the process. Under the background of rapid social change, cultural life changes provide favorable elements of cultural life for the development of grass-roots democracy, but also bring many problems. Therefore, we should solve the problem of cultural life in time and promote the development of grassroots democracy in healthy cultural life.
