【摘要】：隨著默頓時代的"科學活動"向具有大科學、多目標和社會化特征的現(xiàn)代"學術活動"演化,一個包含但不限于默頓科學規(guī)范的學術共同體規(guī)范系統(tǒng)正在形成。而默頓學派的科學規(guī)范理論,由于倫理認知框架的局限使其對現(xiàn)代學術共同體規(guī)范系統(tǒng)缺乏基本解釋力,而突破默頓框架的理論研究尚未見于公開文獻。鑒此,該文以規(guī)范的契約本質為新的認知視角,以學術共同體規(guī)范的系統(tǒng)考察為依據(jù),以現(xiàn)代學術活動的科學價值和社會價值目標為約束條件,通過逐層解析現(xiàn)代學術活動中"契約"的參與主體、博弈目標、產(chǎn)生機制、協(xié)調(diào)關系、功能差異和系統(tǒng)演化,最終揭示了現(xiàn)代學術共同體規(guī)范系統(tǒng)的層級、功能和主體三維形態(tài)和結構,以及隨學術活動發(fā)展和環(huán)境變遷而保持內(nèi)在邏輯一致的進化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of "scientific activities" in the Merton era to modern "academic activities" with the characteristics of large science, multi-objective and socialization, a system of academic community norms including but not limited to Merton scientific norms is forming. However, due to the limitation of the framework of ethical cognition, the Merton School's scientific normative theory lacks the basic explanatory power to the normative system of the modern academic community, while the theoretical study of breaking through the Merton Framework has not been seen in the public literature. In view of this, this paper takes the nature of normative contract as the new cognitive perspective, based on the systematic investigation of the norms of academic community, and takes the scientific and social value objectives of modern academic activities as the constraint conditions. By analyzing the participants of "contract" in modern academic activities layer by layer, game objectives, production mechanism, coordination relations, functional differences and system evolution, it finally reveals the level of normative system of modern academic community. The function and the main body form and structure, as well as with the development of academic activities and changes in the environment to maintain the inherent logic of the evolution of the law.
