【摘要】：災難是給人類帶來巨大傷害的極端事件。近幾年來,世界各地,尤其我國,頻頻發(fā)生重大災難,造成了難以估量的損失。因此,個體、組織、社區(qū)和國家如何更好的應對災難能成為一個迫切的問題�？鼓媪Φ难芯恐饕P注個體和社區(qū)等各系統(tǒng)面對災難時體現(xiàn)的適應能力,也越來越受到應急管理、社會學、心理學、生態(tài)學等各領域學者的重視。 本文建立了一個分析組織抗逆力的框架,主要包括抗逆力的定義、組織抗逆力的概念模型及組織抗逆力的定量模型三個方面。首先,在分析前人相關研究的基礎上,提出了組織抗逆力的一般性定義和操作性定義,并對抗逆力和脆弱性的關系進行了討論；然后,提出了一個概念模型,從抗逆力的作用起點、作用過程和作用結果對抗逆力進行了詳細的分析,其中提出了衡量組織抗逆力的四種特性,并從資源、人員和組織環(huán)境三個維度分析了影響抗逆力的因素；最后,提出了一個分析抗逆力的定量模型,認為抗逆力的大小可以用組織功能從紊亂到再次穩(wěn)定期間的相對損失大小來衡量,而用來進行計算損失大小的功能函數(shù)由組織損失函數(shù)、自我抗逆函數(shù)和外抗逆力函數(shù)共同決定,而函數(shù)的形式與組織自身的特性及災難的情形相關。
[Abstract]:Disaster is an extreme event that causes great harm to mankind. In recent years, major disasters have occurred frequently all over the world, especially in China, resulting in incalculable losses. Therefore, how individuals, organizations, communities and countries can better deal with disasters can become an urgent question. The research on resilience mainly focuses on the adaptability of individual and community systems to disasters, and has been paid more and more attention by scholars in emergency management, sociology, psychology, ecology and so on. In this paper, a framework for the analysis of tissue resistance is established, which includes the definition of tissue resistance, the conceptual model of tissue resistance and the quantitative model of tissue resistance. First of all, based on the analysis of previous studies, the general definition and operational definition of tissue resistance are proposed, and the relationship between resistance and vulnerability is discussed, and then a conceptual model is proposed. From the starting point, process and result of the resistance, the paper analyzes the resistance in detail, and puts forward four characteristics to measure the resistance of tissue, and from the resource, Three dimensions of human and organizational environment are used to analyze the factors that influence the resistance. Finally, a quantitative model is proposed to analyze the resistance. It is considered that the magnitude of resistance can be measured by the relative loss of tissue function during the period from disorder to re-stabilization, while the function used to calculate the loss size is determined by the tissue loss function. The self-resistance function and the external resistance function are determined together, and the form of the function is related to the characteristics of the organization itself and the situation of disaster.
