【摘要】：隨著改革開放的深入推進(jìn),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)日益發(fā)展,社會(huì)關(guān)系日趨復(fù)雜,各種社會(huì)沖突、矛盾及違法犯罪問題也不斷涌現(xiàn),尤其是青少年違法犯罪問題日益成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。青少年代表著一個(gè)國(guó)家的希望,他們的健康成長(zhǎng)關(guān)系著祖國(guó)的未來,適時(shí)地挽救失足越轉(zhuǎn)青少年,促進(jìn)其健康成長(zhǎng),對(duì)于國(guó)家的發(fā)展及社會(huì)的長(zhǎng)治久安具有重要意義。青少年社區(qū)矯正工作是一種有效的幫助青少年改造和回歸社會(huì)的有效方法,而個(gè)案工作作為社會(huì)工作常用的基本方法之一,它所倡導(dǎo)的提供個(gè)別化、專業(yè)性的支持和服務(wù)要求,與青少年個(gè)性化的特點(diǎn)十分契合。因此,運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作方法開展青少年社區(qū)矯正的服務(wù)及研究自然凸顯出其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要立足優(yōu)勢(shì)視角理論和再社會(huì)化理論,通過文獻(xiàn)法、訪談法、參與觀察法等社會(huì)工作研究方法,力求將個(gè)案工作有效地融入青少年社區(qū)矯正工作之中。文章在分析梳理當(dāng)前青少年社區(qū)矯正工作所存在的主要問題的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了解決當(dāng)前問題的一般方法;然后以S市M區(qū)N鎮(zhèn)司法所矯正個(gè)案Z某為研究對(duì)象,以個(gè)案工作的介入途徑、介入過程為重點(diǎn),較為全面、深入地分析了個(gè)案工作服務(wù)青少年社區(qū)矯正的實(shí)務(wù)過程;最后通過案例反思,總結(jié)青少年社區(qū)矯正中存在的問題,并提出完善個(gè)案工作順利介入青少年社區(qū)矯正的建議,希望為我國(guó)的青少年社區(qū)矯正工作提供一種實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy is developing day by day, social relations are becoming increasingly complex, various social conflicts, contradictions and illegal crimes are emerging, especially juvenile delinquency has increasingly become the focus of attention. Young people represent the hope of a country and their healthy growth is related to the future of the motherland. It is of great significance for the development of the country and the long-term stability of the society to timely save the young people who have gone wrong and turn them into young people and promote their healthy growth. As one of the basic methods of social work, case work is one of the basic methods of social work, which advocates the provision of individualized, professional support and service requirements. It fits well with the characteristics of teenagers'individuation. Therefore, the use of case work to carry out community correction services and research naturally highlights its unique advantages and practical significance. Based on the advantage theory and the theory of re-socialization, this paper tries to integrate the case work into the community correction work of teenagers effectively through the methods of literature, interview, observation and other social work research methods. On the basis of analyzing and combing the main problems existing in the current youth community correction work, the article discusses the general methods to solve the current problems, and then takes the case Z of N Town of S City M District as the research object. Focusing on the intervention approach and intervention process of case work, this paper comprehensively and deeply analyzes the practical process of case work in serving young people's community correction; finally, through case reflection, it summarizes the problems existing in juvenile community correction. The author also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the case work in order to provide a practical reference for the youth community correction in our country.
