【摘要】：近年來政府針對困境兒童面臨的突出困難和保障工作中存在的突出問題,出臺了各類政策建立健全困境兒童保障工作體系,以加強困境兒童分類保障。父母患重病的兒童也屬于困境兒童的范疇,此類兒童因為父母無力正常履行監(jiān)護的職責,加之常伴有家庭經(jīng)濟困難問題,兒童處境甚為艱難,心理方面易出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問題。個案社會工作是社會工作三大工作方法之一,其最典型的特征是一對一。父母患重病的兒童有其特殊性,每個兒童存在的心理問題都不一樣,其心理問題產(chǎn)生的原因也各不相同,而社會工作專業(yè)方法中的個案工作可以針對每個服務(wù)對象存在的不同心理問題和每個服務(wù)對象的實際情況,提供一對一的個案服務(wù)。通過專業(yè)個案工作方法進行有針對性地介入,更容易達成服務(wù)的目標,幫助服務(wù)對象緩解其心理問題。筆者在醫(yī)院醫(yī)生和學校老師的幫助下,通過對父母患重病兒童和父母健康的兒童進行心理健康診斷測驗(MHT)量表測量和訪談,對比發(fā)現(xiàn)父母患重病的兒童確實存在著多種多樣的心理問題,主要表現(xiàn)在恐怖傾向、孤獨傾向、焦慮傾向、沖動傾向等方面。筆者選擇了具有代表性的兩個個案服務(wù)對象,遵循社會工作介入的基本原則,按照社會工作實務(wù)的接案、預估、計劃、介入、評估以及結(jié)案六大步驟,針對服務(wù)對象各自存在的心理問題,采取面談和游戲結(jié)合的方式,進行一對一的、有針對性的介入。通過開展個案介入服務(wù),驗證了介入方法的有效性,基本實現(xiàn)了服務(wù)目標,緩解了服務(wù)對象的心理問題,為解決父母患重病的兒童心理問題提供了個案參考案例。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in view of the outstanding difficulties faced by the children in difficulties and the outstanding problems in the security work, the government has issued various policies to establish and improve the working system of the protection of children with difficulties in order to strengthen the classified protection of children in difficulties. Children whose parents are seriously ill also belong to the category of children in difficult circumstances. Because parents are unable to perform the duties of guardianship normally, and often accompanied by family financial difficulties, children are in a very difficult situation and are prone to various psychological problems. Case-to-case social work is one of the three working methods of social work, its most typical feature is one-to-one. Children whose parents are seriously ill have their own particularities. Each child has different psychological problems and the reasons for their psychological problems are different. The case work in the professional method of social work can provide one-to-one case service according to the different psychological problems of each service object and the actual situation of each service object. It is easier to reach the goal of service and help the clients to alleviate their psychological problems by means of professional case work method. With the help of hospital doctors and school teachers, the mental health diagnostic test (MHT) was used to measure and interview the children whose parents were seriously ill and healthy. It is found that there are many kinds of psychological problems in children whose parents are seriously ill, mainly in the aspects of terror tendency, loneliness tendency, anxiety tendency, impulse tendency and so on. The author has chosen two representative cases to serve, followed the basic principles of social work intervention, according to the social work practice of accepting, estimating, planning, intervening, evaluating and closing the six major steps. Aiming at the psychological problems of the service object, the author adopts the combination of interview and game to intervene one-to-one and pertinently. Through carrying out case intervention service, the effectiveness of intervention method is verified, the service goal is basically realized, the psychological problem of service object is alleviated, and the case reference case is provided for solving the psychological problems of children whose parents are seriously ill.
