一致性原則下群體認(rèn)同與程序公正的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:本文綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)社會(huì)認(rèn)同與程序公正的研究結(jié)論,對(duì)程序公正與社會(huì)認(rèn)同的相關(guān)理論、心理效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真細(xì)致地梳理,揭示了本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究方法和研究意義。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,本研究采用實(shí)驗(yàn)的方式,利用自編的一致性原則材料、公正判斷問(wèn)卷、群體認(rèn)同問(wèn)卷,以南京高校300多名大學(xué)生為被試,進(jìn)行程序公正、認(rèn)同判斷、一致性原則三者關(guān)系的檢驗(yàn),探討一致性原則跨文化適用性,探討程序公正與社會(huì)認(rèn)同之間的關(guān)系,探討程序公正在中國(guó)文化背景下的情景變量。研究結(jié)論如下: 第一,存在普遍公正觀念,程序公正的一致性原則適用于中國(guó)文化背景。 第二,情境對(duì)程序公正存在影響。在一致性條件下,即公平條件下,團(tuán)隊(duì)情境或個(gè)人情境中個(gè)體產(chǎn)生的程序公正差異不大;在不一致性條件下,即不公平條件下,團(tuán)隊(duì)情境或個(gè)人情境中個(gè)體產(chǎn)生的程序公正差異顯著,相比較于團(tuán)隊(duì)情境,個(gè)人情境下產(chǎn)生的公正感更低。 第三,特定條件下,群體認(rèn)同與程序公正存在雙向關(guān)系。 一方面,公正感的高低會(huì)影響個(gè)體對(duì)所屬群體的認(rèn)同,當(dāng)個(gè)體感覺(jué)到較高的公正時(shí),會(huì)對(duì)群體產(chǎn)生較高的認(rèn)同;反之,當(dāng)個(gè)體感覺(jué)到較低的公正時(shí),會(huì)對(duì)群體產(chǎn)生較低的認(rèn)同。 另一方面,群體認(rèn)同在特定條件下也會(huì)影響個(gè)體的公正感。當(dāng)個(gè)體處于不確定條件下,即沒(méi)有明確的公平與否的線索存在時(shí),個(gè)體對(duì)群體的認(rèn)同程度可以充當(dāng)公正判斷的啟發(fā)物,認(rèn)同程度較高的個(gè)體會(huì)產(chǎn)生較高的公正感,認(rèn)同程度較低的個(gè)體則產(chǎn)生較低的公正感。
[Abstract]:This paper synthesizes the research conclusions of social identity and procedural justice at home and abroad, makes a careful analysis of the relevant theories and psychological effects of procedural justice and social identity, and reveals the theoretical basis, research methods and significance of this study. On this basis, this research adopts the experimental method, using the self-made consistency principle material, the fair judgment questionnaire, the group identification questionnaire, taking more than 300 university students in Nanjing as the subjects, carries on the procedure justice, the identification judgment. This paper explores the cross-cultural applicability of the consistency principle, the relationship between procedural justice and social identity, and the situational variables of procedural justice in the context of Chinese culture. The conclusions of the study are as follows: First, there exists the concept of universal justice, and the principle of consistency of procedural justice is applicable to the Chinese cultural background. Second, the situation has an impact on procedural justice. Under the condition of consistency, that is, under the condition of fairness, the difference of procedural justice produced by the individual in the team situation or the individual situation is not significant; under the condition of inconsistency, that is, under the condition of unfairness, There are significant differences in procedural justice between individuals in team situation and personal situation, and the sense of justice in individual situation is lower than that in team situation. Third, under specific conditions, there is a bidirectional relationship between group identity and procedural justice. On the one hand, the level of the sense of justice will affect the identity of the individual to the group, when the individual feels higher justice, it will have a higher identity to the group; on the other hand, when the individual feels the lower justice, it will have a lower identity to the group. On the other hand, group identity can also affect the individual sense of justice under certain conditions. When the individual is in the condition of uncertainty, that is, there is no clear clue of fairness or not, the degree of identity of the individual to the group can serve as an inspiration for the just judgment, and the individual with the higher degree of identity will have a higher sense of justice. Individuals with a lower degree of identity have a lower sense of justice.
