智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論與方法研究

【摘要】:智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論與方法屬于現(xiàn)代評(píng)價(jià)理論與決策理論的研究課題之一,其涉及到眾多的研究領(lǐng)域的交叉學(xué)科,主要涉及到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、邏輯學(xué)、管理學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)科、心理學(xué)、語(yǔ)言學(xué)、生命科學(xué)和哲學(xué)等,現(xiàn)代評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題的研究已經(jīng)向多屬性,多主體、動(dòng)態(tài)化、復(fù)雜化、智能化方向發(fā)展。應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、工業(yè)工程及其企業(yè)決策等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,其應(yīng)用前景和實(shí)用價(jià)值不斷擴(kuò)大。 雖然如此,但真正對(duì)智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論和方法的系統(tǒng)性深入研究并不多,把智能化方法應(yīng)用到評(píng)價(jià)模型中的研究也許不少,但是對(duì)智能化方法在綜合評(píng)價(jià)中應(yīng)用的方法論研究并不多,本文主要研究智能化方法在綜合評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)用時(shí)的基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題,例如“智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的概念”,“智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的主要過(guò)程”,“智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的核心要素”等問(wèn)題,使得智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的設(shè)計(jì)、改進(jìn)和應(yīng)用時(shí)有理論的指導(dǎo)和可度量的依據(jù)。本文從智能化的角度對(duì)已有的一些綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),如“智能化集成賦權(quán)”、“智能化組合賦權(quán)”、“專家權(quán)重的智能化調(diào)節(jié)方法”、“AHP構(gòu)權(quán)的智能化修正方法”等,希望能為智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論與方法的研究和發(fā)展提供有益的借鑒。 本文的研究思路:首先,從現(xiàn)實(shí)的評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)象出發(fā),提出了如何科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)被評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象的問(wèn)題:其次,采用理論分析與模型分析相結(jié)合的方式研究智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建原理和計(jì)算過(guò)程;最后,通過(guò)實(shí)例分析研究評(píng)價(jià)模型的應(yīng)用效果。本文從以下四個(gè)部分對(duì)智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論和方法進(jìn)行研究:第一部分是方法論基礎(chǔ),即體現(xiàn)智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的共同方法論。主要包括智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的一般方法論、基本概念和基本問(wèn)題等;第二部分是基本理論與方法,主要包括理論基礎(chǔ)、應(yīng)用原理和基本模型;第三部分是智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,這部分對(duì)一些綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),提出了基于智能化視角的智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,即把智能化的方法引入具體的綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型;第四部分是模型的實(shí)證研究,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究證明了智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的適用性和有效性。 本文主要分為以下七個(gè)章節(jié): 第一章是導(dǎo)論。本章對(duì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)和智能化方法的研究背景和意義進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,闡述了本文的主要研究思路和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,展示了本文的研究框架和章節(jié)安排,總結(jié)了本文的研究方法和技術(shù)路線,最后對(duì)本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。 第二章是主要理論和方法及研究綜述。本章梳理了智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)涉及的重要理論及方法,對(duì)其涉及到的基本原理和基本模型進(jìn)行了辨析和界定,并對(duì)智能化方法在綜合評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的歸納和論述。 第三章是智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題研究。本章節(jié)對(duì)智能化的概念、主要過(guò)程、核心要素、方法論和智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的選擇問(wèn)題等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。 第四章是智能化組合與群組評(píng)價(jià)。本章基于方法集成的基本原理和群組評(píng)價(jià)理論,提出了智能化視角的智能化集成方法,即從智能化的角度研究評(píng)價(jià)模型的組合問(wèn)題。在基本原理的指導(dǎo)下,本章提出了智能化組合賦權(quán)模型、基于綜合評(píng)價(jià)值的智能化組合評(píng)價(jià)模型和基于評(píng)價(jià)排序的智能化組合評(píng)價(jià)模型、群組評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)的智能化協(xié)商模型、專家權(quán)重的智能化調(diào)節(jié)模型。 第五章是AHP構(gòu)權(quán)的智能化修正方法。本章提出了基于智能化的視角的加速遺傳算法修正的AHP構(gòu)權(quán)方法,該方法以偏移信息為修正判斷矩陣的基礎(chǔ),避免了修正的主觀性,同時(shí)提取了判斷矩陣的一致性信息,以一致性指標(biāo)為優(yōu)化方向,實(shí)現(xiàn)了AHP構(gòu)權(quán)的智能化修正。 第六章是實(shí)證分析。本章對(duì)北京延慶地區(qū)農(nóng)村民居改在滿意度評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。涉及的評(píng)價(jià)方法包括,基于Shepard相似插值方法、智能化判斷矩陣修正方法、基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的農(nóng)村住宅節(jié)能改造滿意度評(píng)價(jià)方法。實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明,智能化評(píng)價(jià)方法直觀、簡(jiǎn)便,計(jì)算結(jié)果穩(wěn)定性好、計(jì)算精度較高,在現(xiàn)實(shí)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)中具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 第七章是結(jié)論與展望。本章對(duì)本文的研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)以后的研究方向和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行展望。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 首先,研究角度的創(chuàng)新。本文嘗試從智能化的角度來(lái)整合綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論方法和智能化理論方法,在分析了智能化方法在綜合評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從智能化的視角對(duì)智能化方法在綜合評(píng)價(jià)中主客觀權(quán)重選擇問(wèn)題、模型的集成問(wèn)題、評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的合成問(wèn)題、模型的選擇和檢驗(yàn)等問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了研究。 其次,概念的創(chuàng)新。本研究根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)理論與智能化理論,提出了具有評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)意義的“智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)”概念。該概念的提出使智能化綜合評(píng)價(jià)的研究?jī)?nèi)容有了一個(gè)清晰的定位。 最后,方法的創(chuàng)新。本文在已有的評(píng)價(jià)方法基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其進(jìn)行了智能化改進(jìn),從智能化的角度提出了智能化集成模型、智能化群體評(píng)價(jià)模型和AHP構(gòu)權(quán)的智能化修正模型。
[Abstract]:The theory and method of intelligent comprehensive evaluation belong to one of the research topics of modern evaluation theory and decision - making theory , which involves many cross - disciplines in economics , logic , management , computer science , psychology , linguistics , life science and philosophy .
This paper mainly studies the basic problems of intelligent comprehensive evaluation , such as the concept of intelligent integrated evaluation , the main process of intelligent comprehensive evaluation and the core element of intelligent comprehensive evaluation .
First , from the realistic evaluation phenomenon , this paper puts forward how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the object to be evaluated : secondly , the construction principle and the calculation process of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation model are studied by combining the theory analysis and the model analysis .
Finally , the application effect of the evaluation model is analyzed through an example . This paper studies the theory and method of intelligent comprehensive evaluation from the following four parts : the first part is the methodological foundation , that is , the common methodology of intelligent comprehensive evaluation . It mainly includes the general methodology , basic concept and basic problems of intelligent comprehensive evaluation .
The second part is the basic theory and method , mainly including the theory foundation , the application principle and the basic model ;
The third part is an intelligent comprehensive evaluation model , which improves some comprehensive evaluation models , and puts forward an intelligent comprehensive evaluation method based on the intelligent visual angle , that is , the intelligent method is introduced into the concrete comprehensive evaluation model ;
The fourth part is the empirical research of the model , and proves the applicability and effectiveness of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation model through the empirical research .
This article is divided into the following seven chapters :
The first chapter is the introduction . This chapter explains the background and significance of comprehensive evaluation and intelligent method , expounds the main research thoughts and main research contents of this paper , shows the research framework and the chapter arrangement of this paper , summarizes the research methods and technical route of this paper , and finally explains the main innovation points and shortcomings of this paper .
The second chapter is the main theory and method and the research overview . This chapter reviews the important theories and methods involved in the intelligent comprehensive evaluation , analyzes and defines the basic principles and basic models involved in the intelligent comprehensive evaluation , and summarizes and discusses the application of the intelligent method in the comprehensive evaluation .
The third chapter is the basic problem of intelligent comprehensive evaluation . This chapter studies the concept , main process , core element , methodology and the choice of intelligent comprehensive evaluation model .
The fourth chapter is the intelligent combination and group evaluation . Based on the basic principle of the method integration and the group evaluation theory , this chapter puts forward the intelligent integration method of the intelligent visual angle , that is , the combination problem of the evaluation model from the intelligent angle research . Under the guidance of the basic principle , this chapter puts forward the intelligent combination evaluation model , the intelligent combination evaluation model based on the comprehensive evaluation value and the intelligent combination evaluation model based on the evaluation ranking , and the intelligent negotiation model and the intelligent adjustment model of the expert weight .
The fifth chapter is the intelligent correction method of AHP structure right . This chapter puts forward the AHP structure right method modified by the acceleration genetic algorithm based on the intelligent angle of view . The method takes the offset information as the basis of the correction judgement matrix , avoids the subjectivity of the correction , and simultaneously extracts the consistency information of the judgment matrix , and realizes the intelligent correction of the AHP structure right by using the consistency index as the optimization direction .
The sixth chapter is an empirical analysis . This chapter carries on an empirical study on the evaluation of the satisfaction of rural residential reform in Yanqing district of Beijing . The evaluation method includes : based on Shepard similarity interpolation method , intelligent judgement matrix correction method , and BP neural network - based evaluation method of energy saving transformation satisfaction degree of rural residence . The results show that the intelligent evaluation method is intuitive , simple and convenient , the calculation result is good , the calculation precision is high , and the evaluation method has application value in comprehensive evaluation of reality .
Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect . This chapter summarizes the research results of this paper and looks forward to the future research direction and content .
The innovation points of this paper mainly include the following aspects :
First , research the innovation of the angle . This paper attempts to integrate the comprehensive evaluation theory method and the intelligent theory method from the angle of intelligence . On the basis of analyzing the application of the intelligent method in the comprehensive evaluation , the paper studies the problems of subjective and objective weight selection , the integration of the model , the synthesis of the evaluation result , the choice of the model and the inspection of the model from the perspective of intelligence .
Secondly , according to the theory of evaluation and the theory of intelligence , this paper puts forward the concept of " intelligent comprehensive evaluation " with the meaning of evaluation . The idea of this concept makes the research content of the intelligent comprehensive evaluation a clear positioning .
Finally , this paper makes an intelligent improvement on the existing evaluation method , and puts forward an intelligent correction model of intelligent integration model , intelligent group evaluation model and AHP structure right from the angle of intelligence .
