【摘要】：當(dāng)個(gè)體認(rèn)為內(nèi)群體為外群體受到的不道德傷害負(fù)有責(zé)任時(shí)會(huì)體驗(yàn)到群體內(nèi)疚。該情緒常見(jiàn)的觸發(fā)情境包括過(guò)往歷史的傷害事件、當(dāng)下的群際沖突、不公正的社會(huì)關(guān)系及未來(lái)的傷害事件。群體認(rèn)同、內(nèi)群體責(zé)任和不當(dāng)性評(píng)估是影響群體內(nèi)疚產(chǎn)生的三大心理機(jī)制。群體內(nèi)疚會(huì)導(dǎo)致施害群體對(duì)受害群體表現(xiàn)出積極行動(dòng),如友善態(tài)度,沖突和解、群體補(bǔ)償及群際支持。通過(guò)群體肯定、自我肯定、促進(jìn)共同認(rèn)同、強(qiáng)調(diào)內(nèi)群體責(zé)任及展現(xiàn)已有補(bǔ)償行為等干預(yù)策略可以引發(fā)施害群體的群體內(nèi)疚。未來(lái)的研究應(yīng)澄清群體內(nèi)疚的成因機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步探索群體內(nèi)疚與補(bǔ)償行為間的作用關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:When individuals think that the inner group is responsible for the immoral harm suffered by the outside group, they will experience group guilt. The common triggers of this emotion include historical injury events, current intergroup conflicts, unjust social relationships, and future injury events. Group identity, internal group responsibility and improper evaluation are the three psychological mechanisms that affect the generation of group guilt. Group guilt can lead to positive actions of the victimized group, such as friendly attitude, conflict reconciliation, group compensation and inter-group support. Through the intervention strategies of group affirmation, self-affirmation, promoting common identity, emphasizing group responsibility and showing the existing compensatory behavior, the group guilt can be induced. Future studies should clarify the mechanism of collective guilt and further explore the relationship between collective guilt and compensatory behavior.
