【摘要】：互助養(yǎng)老不僅是一種新的養(yǎng)老方式,還是資源整合的一種方式。一方面它可以減輕兒女、政府和社會的養(yǎng)老壓力,另一方面它可以更高效利用社會的閑置資源。通過對已有農(nóng)村互助養(yǎng)老和養(yǎng)老資源相關(guān)研究的梳理,當(dāng)前學(xué)者主要關(guān)注了互助養(yǎng)老的特點、優(yōu)勢、存在的問題、對策等,養(yǎng)老資源方面,也主要對其供需現(xiàn)狀與配置等進行了研究,并沒有對農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老中的資源整合進行整體和深入的研究,也沒有對社區(qū)社會工作介入如何整合和利用農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老中的資源進行研究,更缺乏研究可供參考的實踐和理論基礎(chǔ)。學(xué)者們分別對農(nóng)村互助養(yǎng)老和養(yǎng)老資源進行過深入的研究,對資源整合的研究雖然不多,但整體來說,他們的研究為后來者研究農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老資源的整合作了很好的鋪墊。本文要解決的問題是:農(nóng)村互助養(yǎng)老的相關(guān)資源有哪些?社區(qū)社會工作介入是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)互助養(yǎng)老資源的有效整合與高效利用?如何對其進行整合?基于當(dāng)前對社會工作介入養(yǎng)老資源整合研究的不足和本文的研究重點,本文以社區(qū)社會工作的三大實務(wù)理論和社區(qū)照顧理論為理論基礎(chǔ),同時借鑒學(xué)者們對農(nóng)村互助養(yǎng)老資源的已有分類,并根據(jù)研究的需要,把農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老資源分為制度資源、社會資源、經(jīng)濟資源、管理與人力資源四種類型。其中四大類中又分別包括不同的小類,比如經(jīng)濟資源包括房屋、資金、物品等物質(zhì)類資源,管理與人力資源包括專業(yè)服務(wù)與管理資源、老年人自身資源等。本文將從以上四類資源的角度來分析農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老資源整合的現(xiàn)狀,并提出介入的路徑。本文以相關(guān)的資料研究為基礎(chǔ),通過實踐和調(diào)研過程中對Z村的老年人養(yǎng)老和資源現(xiàn)狀進行的深入分析,以及對相關(guān)人員的訪談,了解了Z村互助養(yǎng)老資源整合的現(xiàn)狀,認為社區(qū)社會工作可以通過采取社會行動或動員、協(xié)調(diào)多方力量參與、拓展資本獲取渠道、規(guī)范管理體系,增加相關(guān)的各領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)人員等來促進農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老資源的整合。最后,我們得出了研究的結(jié)論:社區(qū)社會工作的實務(wù)理論,能夠?qū)r(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老資源的整合利用實踐提供有益指導(dǎo)和參考;社區(qū)社會工作者的多項角色,能夠?qū)r(nóng)村社區(qū)互助所需的各種資源進行有效動員和整合;社區(qū)社會工作介入能夠彌補農(nóng)村社區(qū)互助養(yǎng)老資源整合不足的困境。
[Abstract]:Mutual support for the aged is not only a new way to provide for the aged, but also a way to integrate resources. On the one hand, it can reduce the pressure on children, government and society, on the other hand, it can make more efficient use of idle resources. By combing the existing studies on mutual support for the aged and endowment resources in rural areas, current scholars mainly pay attention to the characteristics, advantages, problems, countermeasures and so on of mutual support for the aged, as well as old-age resources. It also mainly studies the present situation and allocation of supply and demand, and does not conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on the integration of resources in rural community mutual support for the aged. There is no research on how to integrate and utilize the resources in the mutual support of rural communities, and there is no practical and theoretical basis for reference. Scholars have carried out in-depth research on rural mutual support for the aged and old-age resources respectively. Although the research on resource integration is not much their research on the whole for the latecomers to study the integration of rural community mutual support resources has made a good foreshadowing. The problem to be solved in this paper is: what are the related resources of mutual support for the aged in rural areas? Can the intervention of community social work realize the effective integration and efficient utilization of mutual support resources for the aged? How to integrate it? Based on the deficiency of the current research on the social work involved in the integration of endowment resources and the focus of this paper, this paper bases on the three practical theories of community social work and the theory of community care. At the same time, draw lessons from scholars' classification of rural mutual endowment resources, and according to the needs of research, the rural community mutual support resources can be divided into four types: institutional resources, social resources, economic resources, management and human resources. Four of them include different subcategories, such as economic resources including housing, funds, goods and other material resources, management and human resources including professional services and management resources, the elderly themselves resources. This paper will analyze the current situation of the integration of rural community mutual support resources from the perspective of the above four types of resources, and put forward the path of intervention. On the basis of relevant research, this paper analyzes the current situation of old-age support and resources in Z village through practice and investigation, and interviews with related personnel to understand the current situation of the integration of endowment resources in Z village. It is believed that community social work can promote the integration of mutual support resources in rural communities by taking social action or mobilization, coordinating the participation of various forces, expanding the channels of capital acquisition, standardizing the management system and increasing the professional personnel in various fields. Finally, we draw the conclusion of the study: the practical theory of community social work can provide useful guidance and reference to the integration and utilization of rural community mutual support resources for the aged; It can effectively mobilize and integrate all kinds of resources needed for rural community mutual assistance, and the intervention of community social work can make up for the lack of integration of rural community mutual support resources.
