【摘要】：古語云：遠親不如近鄰。這是對我國幾千年封建社會關(guān)于鄰里關(guān)系的高度概括。時至今日,農(nóng)業(yè)社會步入工業(yè)社會,進入后現(xiàn)代社會,高樓里人們之間聯(lián)系的緊密程度變成了“雖然門對門,卻是世界上最遙遠的距離”的狀態(tài)。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,鄰里關(guān)系卻走向了越來越松散的趨勢。 社區(qū)作為社會最基層的組成單位,其重要性不言而喻。同時,商品房作為建設(shè)社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的產(chǎn)物之一,成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。現(xiàn)在的城鎮(zhèn)社區(qū),特別是商品房居住社區(qū),不同階層、不同文化、不同職業(yè)的人雜居在一起,鄰里之間大多互不相識,各種不穩(wěn)定因素錯綜復(fù)雜,給和諧社區(qū)建設(shè)帶來了一些問題。 本文從碭山縣商品房社區(qū)的鄰里關(guān)系入手,進行了問卷調(diào)查和訪談,并綜合運用實地調(diào)查、文獻法、統(tǒng)計等手段,發(fā)現(xiàn)了由于社區(qū)內(nèi)人群復(fù)雜、現(xiàn)代化建筑風格、現(xiàn)代通訊設(shè)施的發(fā)達以及生活節(jié)奏的快速化而導(dǎo)致的鄰里間熟悉程度偏低、鄰里間互動頻率少、鄰里間認同度低等“冷漠型社區(qū)”的現(xiàn)狀,這些現(xiàn)象成為和諧社區(qū)的建設(shè)瓶頸。據(jù)此,有針對性地提出了以社區(qū)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建社區(qū)組織鏈,編織社區(qū)服務(wù)網(wǎng),打造社區(qū)服務(wù)臺,提高社區(qū)服務(wù)專業(yè)化水平等方面的對策建議,希望能對和諧社區(qū)的建設(shè)貢獻一份力量。
[Abstract]:As the old saying goes: distant relatives are better than close neighbors. This is to our country thousands of years of feudal society on the high-degree of neighborhood relations. Up to now, the agricultural society has entered the industrial society and the post-modern society. The close relationship between the people in the tall buildings has become the "door to door, but it is the farthest distance in the world". With the development of society and economy, the neighborhood relationship is becoming more and more loose. Community as the most basic unit of society, its importance is self-evident. At the same time, as one of the products of building socialist market economy system, commercial housing has become an indispensable part of people's life. Nowadays, urban communities, especially those living in commercial housing, people of different classes, different cultures, and different professions live together. Most of the neighbors do not know each other, and all kinds of unstable factors are complicated. It brings some problems to the construction of harmonious community. This article starts with the neighborhood relationship of the commercial housing community in Dangshan County, carries on the questionnaire survey and the interview, and synthetically uses the field investigation, the literature method, the statistics and so on means, has discovered the modern architectural style because the community crowd is complex, The development of modern communication facilities and the rapid development of life rhythm lead to the low degree of familiarity among neighbors, the low frequency of interaction between neighbors, the low degree of identification among neighbors, and the status quo of "indifferent communities". These phenomena have become the bottleneck of the construction of harmonious communities. Based on this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as building community organization chain, weaving community service network, building community service desk, improving the specialization level of community service, etc. Hope to contribute to the construction of a harmonious community.
