碩士研究生心理壓力調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:近年來,碩士研究生因心理壓力過大而引發(fā)的各種心理、行為問題日漸增多,為了讓研究生以積極的、正常的心理狀態(tài)去應(yīng)對當(dāng)前和發(fā)展的社會環(huán)境,全面的調(diào)查分析碩士研究生心理壓力并提出行之有效的緩解對策就顯得尤為重要。 本文通過問卷調(diào)查和個案訪談?wù){(diào)查結(jié)合的方法對碩士研究生的心理壓力源、壓力反應(yīng)特征和應(yīng)對方式等展開調(diào)查,通過對得到的數(shù)據(jù)和資料的整理,分析碩士研究生心理壓力的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素,最后針對在分析中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出學(xué)校個案工作、學(xué)校小組工作、學(xué)校社區(qū)工作和學(xué)校三級危機(jī)預(yù)警干預(yù)機(jī)制來緩解碩士研究生的心理壓力和應(yīng)對碩士研究生的心理危機(jī)。 文章共分為五章。第一章為導(dǎo)論,包含課題的來源及意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路和方法和理論基礎(chǔ)四個部分,這一章節(jié)為本文的基礎(chǔ)。第二章為碩士研究生心理壓力的問卷調(diào)查,分別對碩士研究生的心理壓力源、壓力反應(yīng)和應(yīng)對方式三個部分的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了整理,揭示碩士研究生心理壓力的現(xiàn)狀。第三章為碩士研究生心理壓力的個案訪談?wù){(diào)查,選擇了四個研究生典型案例進(jìn)行研究,以了解碩士研究生與壓力環(huán)境的互動、壓力影響因素、應(yīng)對策略及其效果的一般情況,印證和補(bǔ)充問卷調(diào)查。第四章為碩士研究生心理壓力影響因素的分析,根據(jù)對前文數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果和訪談資料的分析、整理、總結(jié),將碩士研究生心理壓力的影響因素歸納為個體因素、家庭因素、學(xué)校因素和社會因素四大因素。第五章為緩解研究生心理壓力的路徑探索,分別對學(xué)校個案工作、學(xué)校小組工作、學(xué)校社區(qū)工作和學(xué)校三級危機(jī)預(yù)警干預(yù)機(jī)制四種工作方式進(jìn)行可行性分析和操作設(shè)計。最后為結(jié)論,對前文得到的研究結(jié)果從碩士研究生心理壓力現(xiàn)狀、影響因素和緩解路徑三方面進(jìn)行綜述,提出后續(xù)研究中應(yīng)注意的問題。 本文認(rèn)為:碩士研究生心理壓力是普遍存在同時存在很大差異的,其受個體因素、家庭因素、學(xué)校因素和社會因素影響,通過學(xué)校個案工作、學(xué)校小組工作、學(xué)校社區(qū)工作和學(xué)校三級危機(jī)預(yù)警干預(yù)機(jī)制緩解碩士研究生的心理壓力的方法是可行的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, various psychological and behavioral problems caused by excessive psychological pressure among graduate students have been increasing. In order to enable graduate students to cope with the current and developing social environment with a positive and normal psychological state, It is very important to investigate and analyze the psychological pressure of graduate students and put forward effective countermeasures. In this paper, the psychological stress sources, stress response characteristics and coping styles of graduate students are investigated by means of questionnaires and case interviews, and the data and materials obtained are collated. This paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of psychological stress of graduate students. Finally, aiming at the problems found in the analysis, the author puts forward the school case work, the school group work, Community work in schools and early warning and intervention mechanism of three levels of crisis in schools can relieve the psychological pressure of the postgraduates and deal with the psychological crises of the postgraduates. The article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the source and significance of the subject, literature review, research ideas and methods and theoretical basis, this chapter is the basis of this paper. The second chapter is the questionnaire survey of the psychological stress of the graduate students. The questionnaire data of the three parts of the stress source, stress response and coping style of the graduate students are sorted out, and the present situation of the psychological stress of the graduate students is revealed. The third chapter is a case study of psychological stress of graduate students, selected four typical cases of graduate students to study, to understand the interaction between graduate students and stress environment, stress factors, coping strategies and their effects of the general situation. Confirmation and supplementary questionnaire survey. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of the psychological stress of the graduate students. According to the analysis, arrangement and summary of the data and interview data, the influencing factors of the psychological stress of the graduate students are classified as individual factors, family factors, and so on. School factor and social factor four major factors. The fifth chapter is to explore the ways to relieve the psychological pressure of graduate students. The feasibility analysis and operational design of four working methods are carried out respectively: school case work, school group work, school community work and school three-level crisis warning and intervention mechanism. Finally, the research results obtained in this paper are summarized from the following three aspects: the status quo of psychological stress, the influencing factors and the relieving path, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the follow-up research are put forward. This paper holds that the psychological pressure of graduate students is very different at the same time, which is influenced by individual factors, family factors, school factors and social factors, through school case work, school group work. The methods of community work and three-level crisis early warning intervention mechanism are feasible to relieve the psychological pressure of graduate students.
