【摘要】：目的研究空巢中老年人人格、孤獨(dú)感對(duì)生活滿意度的影響機(jī)制。方法采用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)北京地區(qū)空巢中老年人的孤獨(dú)感、外傾性、神經(jīng)質(zhì)及生活滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果空巢中老年人生活滿意度、孤獨(dú)感與常模差異顯著(P0.05);外傾性、神經(jīng)質(zhì)人格與非空巢老人差異不顯著(P0.05);外傾性、孤獨(dú)感對(duì)生活滿意度的共同回歸顯著(P0.05);外傾性對(duì)孤獨(dú)感的回歸顯著(P0.01)。結(jié)論北京市空巢中老人的生活滿意度較平均水平低,減少空巢中老人的孤獨(dú)感是提高其生活滿意度的關(guān)鍵;外傾性人格對(duì)北京市空巢中老人生活滿意度的影響較神經(jīng)質(zhì)人格更大,性格內(nèi)傾者更易體驗(yàn)到孤獨(dú)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence mechanism of personality and loneliness on life satisfaction. Methods the loneliness, extroversion, neuroticism and life satisfaction were investigated by questionnaire. Results there were significant differences in life satisfaction, loneliness and norm between the elderly with empty nest (P 0.05), extroversion, neurotic personality (P 0.05), extroversion (P 0.05), extroversion (P 0.05). The common regression of loneliness to life satisfaction was significant (P 0.05), and the regression of extroversion to loneliness was significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the life satisfaction of the elderly in the empty nest in Beijing is lower than that in the average. The key to improve the life satisfaction is to reduce the loneliness of the elderly in the empty nest. The influence of extroversion personality on the life satisfaction of the elderly in Beijing empty nest is greater than that of neurotic personality, and the introverted personality is more likely to experience loneliness.
