【摘要】：基于中國(guó)私營(yíng)企業(yè)調(diào)查歷年數(shù)據(jù),試圖回答"私營(yíng)企業(yè)主的社會(huì)構(gòu)成"這一經(jīng)典命題。經(jīng)過(guò)近40年的發(fā)展,私營(yíng)企業(yè)主的總體構(gòu)成已發(fā)生重大變化,有市場(chǎng)背景、受過(guò)高等教育、非政治黨派的構(gòu)成在上升。通過(guò)將私營(yíng)企業(yè)主的職業(yè)流動(dòng)進(jìn)一步劃分成"下海"、"改制"、"跨界"、"跳板"、"草根"等類(lèi)型,發(fā)現(xiàn)大、中、小三種類(lèi)型的企業(yè)主在創(chuàng)業(yè)前的職業(yè)流動(dòng)存在顯著差異,尤其是大企業(yè)主更有可能來(lái)自體制內(nèi)下�；蚋闹�,而中小企業(yè)主以體制外成長(zhǎng)為主。多元回歸和系數(shù)集束化分析表明,教育程度與政治身份在階層地位和同期群方面對(duì)企業(yè)主職業(yè)流動(dòng)產(chǎn)生不同的影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of private enterprises in China, this paper tries to answer the classical proposition of "the social composition of private enterprise owners". After nearly 40 years of development, the overall composition of private business owners has undergone major changes, with market background, higher education, and the composition of non-political parties is on the rise. By further dividing the professional mobility of private enterprise owners into such types as "Xihai", "restructuring", "cross-border", "springboard", "grass roots" and so on, it is found that there are significant differences in the occupational mobility of large, middle and small types of business owners before starting a business. In particular, large business owners are more likely to come from within the system or reform, while small and medium-sized enterprises mainly grow outside the system. The multiple regression and coefficient cluster analysis show that educational level and political status have different influences on the occupational mobility of business owners in terms of class status and cohort.
