【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,高等教育事業(yè)也有了快速的發(fā)展,招生規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大使大學(xué)生入學(xué)率顯著提高,也正是這種學(xué)生數(shù)量的增加,學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀也呈現(xiàn)多元化,使學(xué)校對(duì)一些學(xué)生的管理陷入了僵局,一些問題和矛盾也就隨之而來,在校大學(xué)生逃課這一問題就成為當(dāng)前亟需解決的問題。本文就這一現(xiàn)象,通過對(duì)大學(xué)生的問卷調(diào)查及個(gè)案訪談,進(jìn)一步研究大學(xué)生逃課的原因和危害。逃課是學(xué)生自我意識(shí)的決定,主觀上是學(xué)生自身的原因,但學(xué)校家庭以及社會(huì)都對(duì)學(xué)生的作為產(chǎn)生影響,有著不可逃避的責(zé)任,也是不容回避的任務(wù)。本文從社會(huì)工作視角下出發(fā),運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作專業(yè)理論和方法,嘗試著提出解決大學(xué)生逃課問題方法和策略,幫助學(xué)生改善困境,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,早日走出誤區(qū),讓學(xué)生的身心得到健康的發(fā)展。通過查閱相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料和查找國內(nèi)外的研究,對(duì)逃課的概念有了更清楚的領(lǐng)會(huì),對(duì)調(diào)查大學(xué)生逃課的原因和影響進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析,運(yùn)用個(gè)案工作、小組工作、社區(qū)工作對(duì)逃課的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行介入研究,結(jié)合案例和小組活動(dòng),讓學(xué)生對(duì)社會(huì)工作了解的同時(shí),也讓他們認(rèn)識(shí)到了自己的不良行為,希望社會(huì)工作者、學(xué)校以及家庭一起努力,幫助他們克服困難,擺脫困境,重新回到課堂。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of our country's economy, the higher education has also developed rapidly. The expansion of the enrollment scale has greatly improved the enrollment rate of college students. It is also the increase in the number of students and the diversity of students' values, which has brought the school to the management of some students, and some problems and contradictions will follow. The problem of College Students' skipping classes has become an urgent problem to be solved at present. In this paper, the reasons and harm of College Students' truancy are further studied through questionnaire investigation and case interviews with college students. In this paper, from the perspective of social work, this article, starting from the perspective of social work, uses the theory and methods of social work, tries to put forward the methods and strategies to solve the problem of College Students' truancy, help the students to improve their difficulties, improve their interest in learning, and get out of the misunderstandings at an early date and let the students get out of the misunderstandings at an early date. Through consulting the relevant literature and searching for the research at home and abroad, we have a clearer understanding of the concept of skipping classes and a careful analysis of the reasons and effects of College Students' skipping classes, and the use of case work, group work and community work to study the students who skip classes, combining cases and small cases. Group activities, let students understand the social work, but also let them recognize their own bad behavior, and hope social workers, schools and families work together to help them overcome difficulties, get rid of the difficulties and return to the classroom.
