【摘要】：提高社會(huì)勞動(dòng)參與程度是積極應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化的戰(zhàn)略支柱�；谥袊�(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),探究性別角色觀念對(duì)勞動(dòng)參與及性別分工模式的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)性別角色觀念對(duì)兩性勞動(dòng)參與行為具有不同的影響機(jī)制。它對(duì)女性的勞動(dòng)參與具有直接的抑制作用,但對(duì)男性沒(méi)有顯著影響,這是形成勞動(dòng)參與性別差異的重要原因。在傳統(tǒng)觀念作用下,結(jié)婚尤其是成為父母等角色轉(zhuǎn)換的節(jié)點(diǎn)事件,通過(guò)家庭責(zé)任分工的中介作用而顯著降低女性的勞動(dòng)參與幾率。研究為勞動(dòng)參與模式的性別差異提供了社會(huì)文化機(jī)制解釋,通過(guò)家庭勞動(dòng)時(shí)間直接衡量家庭責(zé)任而推進(jìn)了家庭與市場(chǎng)勞動(dòng)互動(dòng)機(jī)制的討論,為制定完善相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)政策提供有益的微觀基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Raising the level of social labor participation is the strategic pillar of the active response to the aging of the population. Based on the comprehensive social survey data in China, this paper explores the influence of gender role concept on labor participation and gender division of labor. It is found that the traditional concept of gender roles has different influence mechanisms on the labor participation behavior of both sexes. It has direct inhibitory effect on female labor participation, but has no significant effect on male, which is an important reason for the formation of gender difference in labor participation. Under the influence of traditional concept, marriage, especially to become the node event of the change of roles such as parents, significantly reduces the probability of female labor participation through the intermediary role of the division of family responsibilities. The study provides the social and cultural mechanism explanation for the gender difference of the labor participation model, and promotes the discussion of the interaction mechanism between the family and the market by measuring the family responsibility directly during the family working time. For the formulation of relevant economic and social policies to provide a beneficial micro-foundation.
