沈陽市社區(qū)工作者工作滿意度實證研究

【摘要】:社區(qū)是社會的基礎(chǔ)細(xì)胞,已經(jīng)成為各種利益和各種矛盾關(guān)系的集聚點,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的作用和地位日益凸顯。社區(qū)工作者是黨和政府聯(lián)系社區(qū)居民的“橋梁”和“紐帶”,是在構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要責(zé)任者。滿意度高的社區(qū)工作者愛崗敬業(yè),喜愛自己所從事的社區(qū)工作,認(rèn)同社區(qū)文化和價值觀,并將個人成長目標(biāo)與社區(qū)建設(shè)和發(fā)展結(jié)合起來,積極主動地投入到社區(qū)的各項工作中。相反,滿意度低的社區(qū)工作者在工作中則會表現(xiàn)出不負(fù)責(zé)任、漫不經(jīng)心、沒有興趣等現(xiàn)象。所以,提升社區(qū)工作者的滿意度對提高社區(qū)工作的水平有著至關(guān)重要的意義。 滿意度理論研究來源于商業(yè)研究,并逐漸趨于成熟。本論文通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),將滿意度理論引入到社區(qū)工作者工作滿意度研究中,探討社區(qū)工作者滿意度的測量和評價,以此來提高社區(qū)工作的工作滿意度,從而提高社區(qū)服務(wù)居民的質(zhì)量和水平,希望本文的研究能對政府相關(guān)部門出臺政策提供參考。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 第一,本文從我國社區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,提出論文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義,在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,確定本文的研究思路和研究內(nèi)容,并對員工工作滿意度及提升的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理; 第二,分析本文研究的可行性,提出研究框架和研究假設(shè),通過文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法,對變量進(jìn)行提煉,進(jìn)而提出假設(shè),編制調(diào)查問卷; 第三,使用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計軟件對回收問卷進(jìn)行分析研究,以獲知沈陽市社區(qū)工作者目前整體的工作滿意度狀況和影響其工作滿意度的主要因素; 第四,提出相應(yīng)的對策以期減少社區(qū)工作者在工作中的不滿情緒,提升他們的工作滿意度,為沈陽市政府出臺相關(guān)社區(qū)管理政策提供參考。 最后,對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),歸納本文的創(chuàng)新點,提出未來研究展望。
[Abstract]:Community is the basic cell of society and has become a gathering point of various interests and contradictions. It plays an increasingly important role in the process of economic and social development in China. Community worker is the "bridge" and "tie" between the Party and the government to connect the residents of the community, and is the important person responsible for the construction of a harmonious society. Community workers with high satisfaction love their jobs, love their community work, identify with community culture and values, and combine their personal growth goals with community construction and development, and actively participate in the work of the community. On the contrary, community workers with low satisfaction will show irresponsibility, carelessness and lack of interest in their work. Therefore, improving the satisfaction of community workers is of vital significance to improve the level of community work. The research of satisfaction theory comes from the business research and tends to mature gradually. This paper introduces the theory of satisfaction into the study of job satisfaction of community workers, and discusses the measurement and evaluation of satisfaction of community workers, in order to improve the job satisfaction of community work. In order to improve the quality and level of community service residents, I hope this study can provide a reference for the relevant government departments to issue policies. The main contents of the study are as follows: First, this paper starts with the current situation of community development in our country, puts forward the research background, purpose and significance of the paper, on the basis of expounding the relevant literature at home and abroad, determines the research thought and research content of this paper. And the related theories of employee job satisfaction and promotion are combed out. Second, analyze the feasibility of this study, put forward the research framework and research assumptions, through the literature analysis, interviews, variables extraction, and then put forward assumptions, the preparation of questionnaires; Thirdly, the SPSS13.0 statistical software was used to analyze and study the recovery questionnaire in order to find out the overall job satisfaction status of community workers in Shenyang and the main factors affecting their job satisfaction. Fourth, put forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to reduce the dissatisfaction of community workers in the work, improve their job satisfaction, and provide reference for Shenyang municipal government to issue relevant community management policies. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, summarizes the innovation of this paper, and puts forward the future research prospects.
